New to CVS Shopping?
Check out my CVS Store guide!
Don’t forget about the free Always Pads/Liners coupons from buying the Kotex U products a while ago… if you still have them – this is a money maker!!
Oops, that was meant for the Walgreens post.
am I doing the math wrong on the Olay b/c the buying 3 at $7 would only be $21, so you would need another thing to get the $7 ecb.
thats what I was thinking too..still a decent deal though since womans body wash is never free like mens!! (:
u could also use the buy 1 olay effect body wash and get a free Ivory soap, hand soap coupon.
you need to get 4 at $7 to get the $7 back, so it is $28 – $16 (4/$4 coupons)= $ 12, then you get $7, so $5 for 4 or $1.25 each
One suggestion for the oil of olay and if you have a $5 off a $25 purchase coupon from your receipts and this would make the body wash free after EB!!!
plus you can use the buy one body wash get one ivory free to really sweeten the deal! i just got all four washes, four four packs of ivory soap. i was able to use the $4 and BOGO coupons , plus the machine when you walk in gave me a $2 olay couon ….and so i got it all for : $3
Wouldn’t you need to buy 4 olay body washes to qualify for the ECB? Buying 3 would only make it $21. Buy 4 body washes at $7 each. Total = $28. Use a $4 off $20 if you have it & 4 $4/1 coupons it would bring your total to $8. You get back $7 EBC. Makes it $1 for all 4.
For the off! clip on mosquito repellent product coupon $3/1 CVS in-store it saids cvs coupon but its number 5 so that means its a manufacturers coupon. Mine store will not take them. Just thought i would let everybody know. Love your site
I should said that mine store will only take one manu q not 2 manu q one the same item
I did it last week in Tennessee with those qs and my store manager checked me out and he took it and it never beeped. It’s worth a shot anyways.
I was able to go to Off’s website and print off a BOGO coupon for the Clip-on which made a sweet deal even though our Clip-ons are ringing up 9.97 in CLeveland, TN. After using the BOGO and the $3 CVS q and the $2manu q I got 2 Clip-ons for 4.97.
Thanks for posting the ad scan. There are quite a lot of freebies and deals this week.
Oh, and check your email. I got a survey from CVS and upon completion they gave me $10 ECBs. The email actually went to my junk box (glad I checked). It was titled “We would like your opinion for Extra Bucks”. Keep you eye out for it. I’m not sure if everyone got it.
Also, if anyone does their own ad scans there’s a drugstore weekly deals linky here.

enjoy your weekend!

On the Hawaiian Tropic deal, I got a CVS magic machine coupon for $3 off $15 in sun care. That makes them 2/$4.98 or $2.49 each!
I got that too, earlier in the week. I was deciding whether to use it on the Neutrogena or Hawaiian Tropic (i had already seen the ad preview, so was aware of the upcoming ecb deal). Decided on the Neutrogena b/c all my CVS store had was tanning oils and very low SPF tanning lotions. I bought 2 sprays at 10.49. All in all, not a bad deal since I had 2 $2/1 Neutrogena suncare coupons (from a brochure last summer, with coupons that don’t expire til 2013!!!) Anyway, it came to 3.98/2. And I found a Coors Memorial Day rebate at the grocery store, Spend $30, get $10 back, that includes suncare, so I’ve got $20 pre-coupon towards the rebate!! Happy dance!!
Anyway, for this week, I’m just getting the Olay face lotion, Colgate toothpaste and 5 boxes of Post cereal. I got a $3 homemailer coupon for Olay facial moisturizer and for signing up for the Diabetes advantage, I got an email for $1 off any Colgate TP. That gives overage when combined with the $1 mq & ECB and 2 $1/2 Post q’s. I also have a $5/$25 and $10 ecb to use. If I figured right, should only be paying 1.38 + tax for everything.
Whoo-hoo! I just got back from CVS and the magic machine printed me out a $4/$20 coupon…so that and a $3 CVS Q on Huggies, a $3 mfg. Coupon for Huggies and a $10 ECB for Huggies makes for FREE Diapers!!! Great deal. Yeah!!! See what makes me happy these days, lol.
On the Power Bar Pure & Simple deal – does anyone know if that is a new deal or part of the monthly deal because I already picked up 3 for free a couple weeks ago, right at the beginning of June. At the time it was limit 3. Now this deal says limit 2 – so is this a new deal and I can get two more?
It’s a monthly limit of three. So if you already bought three, then you wouldn’t get the ECBs if you buy it again this week.
Does anyone know if Huggies Little Snugglers will work for the ECB? I’m expecting twins and would like to stock up. Thanks!
I’m not sure if the Little Snugglers will work – sorry, not much help. BUT…this morning I went and bought a case for myself, then I was buying for my sister too with her card. So I did 2 transactions and after mine, I used my ECB’s towards hers and they let me!! Now I have her $10 ECB’s to use later, but I was shocked and VERY pleasantly surprised to use someone else’s ECB’s on a card not attached to them. All that to say – find friends to help you and TOTALLY stock up!!
ECBs are attached to your card only and should not be used on anyone else’s. Cashier WILL get in trouble for that.
Not really. I had a manager give me someone else’s that was lying around when mine wouldn’t print.
Uh, yes Really. Just b/c they did it, doesn’t make it right. IF that were the case, ppl would be trading their ECBs left & right. Hence the card and having YOUR name print on them.
Don’t abuse the system!!!!
Does CVS accept Man Qs with Target logos? I know they “should” but has anyone ever tried this with success?
my CVS said NO WAY!
i called kimberly-clark about the huggies coupons with the target logo and was told it could only be used at target.
My CVS didn’t have the Olay Total Effect Body Washes 🙁
I got a really great deal on diapers thanks to this post. I began this couponing journey the beginning of this year, and I STILL get so excited every time I get a great deal. I’m so glad I jumped on the bandwagon!
Fyi, the SoCal ad is quite a bit different than this advertised ad this week. For instance, the Lysol No-touch dispenser is not in SoCal’s ad I just found out. Just wanted the California people to look at their actual ad carefully before planning a shopping trip.
Off Clip On Moneymaker! See my post at http://www.savingyourcents.com. Bought 1 Off Clip On Refill and two PowerBars for $1.17 OOP!
Almost forgot to mention – I did this deal today and also rec’d $1.98 in ECBs for the PowerBars – so an $.83 moneymaker!
Water prices are wrong – or at least for me … I got a better deal!
They are priced at, on sale, $2.77 and after using my $1/2 coupon I got the case for $2.27!
I got a cvs coupon today for $2 off Bounty -6roll or larger…what an awesome deal this week with the $1 off MQ. Did anyone else get that coupon? This is the first time in two weeks that I finally got a different coupon to print from the machine. 🙂 Made me happy.
I got it too and have the $1 q too! I also got a $4/20 that I will use and hopefully get the last pack of clerance diapers I am waiting for a cvs near me to mark them down to 4.49!
I also got the $2 off bounty CVS coupon but when I checked my receipt it only took off $1 so watch carefully!
QUESTION:
Can you combine a $XX off $XX CVS coupon with a XX% off CVS coupon?
do you know if the powerbar .99 limit 2 get back .99, is that the same deal as the monthly deal? I got all 3 of the monthly deal, but not sure if i can get 2 more for this week…please email me. thanks.
Its the monthly deal, just advertised in this weeks ad.
If you got the most recent P&G coupon book in the mail you can get the Dawn hand renewal with Olay dish soap for free. It’s normall $1.99, on sale 10 for $10 and there’s a $1 off coupon in the P&G coupon booklet to make free dish soap.
My $2 bounty CVS q also only deducted $1, and of course I noticed after I left. grrr.
LOVE the magic coupon machine- I got one of those $4 off $20 purchase coupons, bought my box of huggies using the $3 off coupon and threw in some magnets that were on clearance for 75 cents to put me over 20 and voila! A $20 box of diapers for $2.99! Yay!
I had a big problem at CVS today using the Bounty $2/1 q’s.
Here was my order
LAST pack of size fives little snugglers that finally went down to 4.49 TODAY!
2 pack of paper towels
2 Aveeno baby shampoos.
Used $4/20
$3/1 Huggies
2 $1/1 Bounty from P&G
$2/2 Aveeno from 6/20 SS
Then when she went to do the bounty’s it told her that the coupon limit had exceeded the transaction. I have NEVER had this problem with CVS. I put a pack of gum up and she put it on, one of the $2 q’s worked. She took the gum off, I tried again with M&M’s and it would not let her do it. I finally just said fine, paid $9.31 for it all. Still a very good deal but wth? Is anyone else having this problem?
Sometimes the registers act funny like that, it happened once to me and the cashier couldn’t figure out why. Finally voided the order and rerang and coupons went through. I always give my CVS coupons first ($/$$, ecb’s & crts/store coupons), then manf coupons.
However, the reason the 2nd bounty coupon didn’t go through is b/c you can only use one of the same type of CRT per transaction. When I had a lot of the $1/2 paper towels, I brought 6 to the register and cashier told me to split the order b/c using more than one won’t go through. But then I’ve also read where ppl have been able to use more than 1 of the same type of CRT in the same order, so IDK if its how that specific store has its register set up, or if the cashiers are overriding??
IDK, it’s weird. They had trouble even getting the first one to go through. It sounded more like WAGS and their coupon to item ratio… Oh well still got a good deal. And I looked at the adds for next week and the same six pack is on sale for 5.97, not 6.97 so I plan on trying to get it again. Maybe I will throw in some “fillers” just to throw it off. Thanks for replying though!
does anyone know if the huggies size 1 are included in the diaper deal?
