I’ve never bought anything from AE, but I am in need of clothes and decided to give it a shot. I ordered 10 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans for $85, plus went through shopathome and got 5% cash back! I hope a few of the things fit right. I have such a hard time finding things that fit.
For some reason the free shipping disappears when I go to check out. It shows it in the bag, but when I click ‘check out’ and it takes me to the page to enter my information, the $7 shipping has been added back in. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You can take them back to the store, no problem. Also, if you go into the store and tell them what you want from online then they can have it shipped to your house for free. So if you live near a store then it is always free shipping!
You can return in store but you’ll be credited back in form of a gift card, they won’t give back your money.

Their return policy says they refund your credit card for returns made in the store. If you use Paypal, then you will get a store credit. Be sure to use your regular cc and you’ll be fine.

If you order online and are unsure if you will be keeping the items, do not use PayPal to pay. If you return the items in store they can only give you in-store/merchandise credit instead of being able to refund your bank account/credit card.
I’ve returned clothes to the store before and got cash back. Even when I used Paypal to pay for the purchase.
