When I ordered, the free shipping was automatic.
Eileen just put the order thru and it goes to free shipping I also saw the choose shipping but just placed the order and it came up free.

The FREE shipping will automatically apply. Don’t pay any attention to the box where it let’s you choose your shipping. Just make sure the balance reflects the free shipping. It will automatically take it off after you put in the PROMO code. If it doesn’t try entering the PROMO code again.

i’m sure you could, the code is the same for everyone, i think. BUT morally, it may not the right thing to do because of the wording on the coupon, depending on how you take what you read. it can be taken two ways, if you read the fine print. it sounds as if they say only use it once either place (store or online), but then again, it kind of sounds like it might be saying you can use it once at the store and once online..? lol

Stil not working. I tried to submit a question about it through “contact us” and it said they would respond back within a “few” days?! Lol, that’s only a couple days too late. Apparently, they do not have customer service hours on Saturday and Sunday. Seems kind of silly to me that they’d have this sort of promotion that will obviously create an enormous amount of traffic to their site on a week-end when no one is available. Maybe they should have issued the coupon for in-store use only?

I just saw that! I wonder what they are going to do to make it up? I never got to use it, but congrats to those of you who got it! It seems a little suspiscious to me that whenever a store has a good code to make stuff free, it ws always hacked and they never meant to let it get out. For those of you complaining, it WAS hacked…by all of you that used it multiple times from multiple computers, some of you even posted on here bragging that you did that.

It is not stealing if FF doesn’t put a limit to how many times a coupon can be printed. Technically, we could still “steal”, as the in store coupon prints out indefinitely. There is a reason why the coupon websites puts a limit to how many coupons you can print. Also, it is not “hacking” when you use a coupon, even if you use it multiple times. Hacking is way more advanced than that…
Yes, it is. The coupon clearly states that it may only be used ONCE. The reason coupon sites have to limit it is because of people like you that disregard what they say and cheat. And yes, it is hacking when someone takes a CODE that is supposed to only be received by LIKING FF on Facebook and spreads the code all over the internet for people to abuse. Call it what you want, but its couponers like you who ruin the reputations of those who do it by the book.
“Like me”? I printed it twice, I went into the store, gave the coupon to the manager, before deciding on any purchase and asked if I could use both if I did two transactions. She had no issues with that. Had she said no, I would have had no issues with that either. Please, don’t point fingers without knowing who you’re pointing at, thank you.

I tried for the $10 shoes, but had a problem with it going through, it just wouldn’t accept it, even thought it was still showing it was in stock. Then they ran out of them, so I tried something for a $9.99 item. It kept saying that the code was accepted, but it still showed I owed $9.99. After a while, I realized that it had to be $10 or higher….duh! Can you tell I don’t order online line much?
