It appears some of you’re having problems getting the 50 free prints and only seem to be getting 20. I just got an e-mail from Snapfish saying that the free shipping is good for 3 more days, until 9/13/10. Yay!!!
I went on this morning and placed my order, I did have to call in for them to credit me the 30 extra prints as it was only giving me 20 but there was no problem with that thanks for the reminder I almost forgot and I had a lot of prints was waiting for free shipping or was going into a store but they are more per print so either way it was a horse a piece.
Now, the website shows only 20 FREE prints for new members, is it true? Can I still use the live chat for the extra 30 FREE prints?

I had to call and get a credit applied to my account for 30 prints. I still paid little for 63 prints. I will wait and use the 30 on a next order. On the website they have another shipping code which I believe is LABOR2010.
I have a credit on my account for 50 free prints (not the same as the ones the new members get) and I tried to use the free shipping code, and the live chat person told me you can’t do both and get it totally for free. Seems I’m the only one that’s not getting free prints! bummed!
Got my prints in today and I have to say I cant complain b/c I didnt pay for them but man the quality is not good at all on these! 🙁

Ok, I tried to live chat and the rep did not want to give me credit for 30 free prints. So we had a 30 minutes tug of war convo. Him insisting it was only 20 prints and that the website had gotten hacked into and that it was incorrect. So, I asked for a manager, president of the company email, and physical address, and according to rep the company didn’t have any of those. So finally after 30 minutes he finally gave up and gave me the remaining 30 credits. I was proud that i didn’t give up.
