The dollar off Kraft Salad dressing makes the Food Lion deal you posted earlier this week even bettter. (It ends today-I just went back). I just got a whole chicken, a Shake and Bake, and a Salad dressing for $2.02 after tax.

My local grocery store has Kraft sale till tomorrow. Kraft shredded cheese is FREE and Kraft salad dressing is 49 cents both after coupons!! Also I’ll use $5/5 coupons by Kraft as well. Thanks for an awesome deal!! 🙂

I’m new to this couponing and was wondering about stacking coupons. Like with this kraft cheese coupon & the $5 off 5 Kraft coupon… do stores allow you to use both together? Is it considered having 2 manuf. coupons for the same item?
I think you can’t use 2 manu coupons on 1 item. But you can still buy 6 cheese then use $5/5 & $1/1 Kraft coupons.
my safeway hassled me about the 5off 5 coupon last night – treated me like a criminal – i called kraft today to see if the coupon was legit and they said it was – don’t let anyone tell you it isn’t.
I Had the EXACT same thing at my Safeway (Rockville, MD) last Thursday. The manager was really nasty about it, and was extremely rude to me, like I was some criminal (and this is the store I shop regularly 2-3 times a week!!!)
He eventually gave me the discount (like He is doing me such a big favor), while screaming at me that my coupon is invalid.
I also called Kraft and they said that it was in fact VALID.
The problem with Safeway is that their coupon policy says that they will accept internet coupons (not for free item), but ONLY if they scan. I tried to use several internet coupons, but they never scan at Safeway, but they will scan just fine anywhere else, so my conclusion is that they programmed the cash registers not to accept internet coupons at all.
Safeway’s phone customer service is just useless (they can’t really do anything), and I am still waiting for the district manager to call me back (since Thursday).
The problem with this Kraft coupon is that there isn’t a $5.00 off value coupon code. If you look at the last 2 numbers on the main bar code, its 00. That code will automatically cause the register to beep, not b/c the coupon isn’t good, but its for cashier intervention, to verify the value. A majority of stores very rarely see a high value coupon like that, so thats why ppl are having problems with it going through for the full amount. Also, the register might only be programmed with a max value up to $3 or $4 off.
When I tried using it, the cashier AND manager couldn’t get it to go through. Finally had to manually enter as dairy discount $2 off, $2 off and $1 off.
I also tried the 1 $ off Oscar Mayer deli meats (not this new one, the previous one from Kraft’s “Huddle to Fight Hunger” program) – It also didn’t scan, but I guess that because it was only 1$, it was the cashier’s discretion and she did take it. That’s why I think that the cash registers were programmed not to accept internet coupons at all.
And at least in your case it sounds like the cashier and manager really tried to help. That wasn’t the case with me at Safeway.
Something similar happened to me when I went to Wal-Mart. The coupon beeped and said that the value was too high. Max value was $2, which was the price of one pkg of cheese. I explained to the cashier that I had 5 packages of cheese and the Q was meant to take $1 off each one. The computer still wouldn’t take it when she tried to punch it thru, so she ended up taking off $2, $2, and $1. Hope the manufacturer still accepts it that way!!

My Wal-mart had packs of Nabisco 100-cal cheese snacks (in the dairy case) for .99 last night – might be worth a look. Unfortunately I didn’t have this coupon:-(

I believe that Kraft is at their coupon limit 🙁 I tried printing coupons for the Oscar Mayer Deli fresh meat, and the Kraft salad dressing and neither printed. I’m really bummed because these are 2 products that we always stock up on in my house, and I would have loved some $0.04 salad dressing! Please let us know if they reset 🙂
