Those are very odd q’s. Why would Kellogg’s put out q’s for $$ off flour or chicken broth if you buy their product? I don’t get it.

    • Michelle

Sandy you took words right out of my mouth. I was thinking that is an intersting combination of coupons.

      • Sandy

I could understand $1/1 marshmallows WYB 2 Rice Krispies or $1 off of a gallon of milk but chicken broth and flour? Hmmmm.

        • Kolina

I agree I was wondering the samething. I think I’ll pass on those coupons.

Personally, I would have to be seriously ill to ever eat All-Bran. Maybe so ill that I needed some chicken soup made from chicken broth 🙂 Maybe that’s the secret connection for the All-Bran / Chicken broth coupon? 🙂

    • Renee

Maybe because you can use corn flakes in casserole recipes? But what recipe has bran with chicken broth??????

  2. Takako

I know some people use crashed corn flakes and flour for making fried chicken. You can oven baked as well of course. That is just my guess though. 😉

Maybe with the holidays coming up and you will buy lots of flour ,cocoa and other things . This is a way to keep up cereal sales ? Or you may buy certain cereal’s to make other receip’s at the holidays. LIke rice treats or Crispex for a check mix ? So this way if you are planning on getting the items you need for your holdiay baking you will chose kellogs cocoa krispies instead of another brand .

Anyone have any idea what item these coupons will attach to? Will you be able to use an additional coupon for the cereal if this coupon attaches to say the chicken broth?

    • Sandy

I would imagine it will depend on your store. I would think it would attach to the flour, cocoa, chicken broth.

  5. JoDee

In the past they have attached to the w/y/b product to in this case the cereal.

    • Sandy

If that would be the case, you would be able to use a MFQ on the other products. I doubt that would be possible since the Kellogg’s q is a MFQ.

      • Renee

Don’t try at Meijers- I had a Keebler coupon b1g1 free and I couldn’t use a second $1 off coupon on the item I was buying to get the other free- they said one or the other.

  7. Lana

Must have been a bunch of men working late in the marketing dept at Kelloggs who came up with these crazy coupons.

    • Lachelle

      Thanks for the laugh 🙂

  8. Mitch

YOU WON”T BELIEVE IT! I just saw a cooking snipit(commercial) on food network where they made stuffed chicken (spirals) and they used all bran and chicken broth. They must be pairing these coupons with recipes they are advertising on tv?

    • Natty

Ooh…good catch! I bet there’s a recipe on some show that uses both rice krispies and peanut butter too.

Well if we can’t use another coupon then it’s just another way to get us to buy, thus not saving us, but costing us more. I don’t like these coupons. Have plenty of these already.
