I’ve got a question about Ebates… I’ve always used UPromise for purchases because we have a 529 for our daughter. Is it like Shop At Home where you need $20 or $25 for them to send a check? Also, I made the purchase, but I don’t see anything under my account info. If anyone has any advice or a quick tutorial 🙂 I’d appreciate it! Thanks so much in advance!
If you read under the Help tab on the Ebates webpage, it will explain how it works, the minimum requirement, etc. You won’t see the credit to your account immediately after making a purchase. It usually takes a few days to show up since the merchant has to report the purchase to Ebates. Sometimes it can take a little longer than that. If you don’t see the credit within 30 days you contact Ebates and they will research it for you.
I have never tried their products before, and did the same deal mentioned in the post, as those would be items I would like to try and it’s a good price for everything. Though I will say this… their product packaging is rather hideous. I don’t like any of the designs of their bottles, labels, etc.
As good of a deal as this seems, I need to practice self-restraint. There are soooo many good deals out this time I year I’m afraid I’ll end up spending more money than I want. Its just so hard to pass up these great deals.

I got the same exact things as Collin..didn’t really have time to browse around and what she picked seemed like a great deal and stuff I would want (or want to give as gifts). Everything worked out great..For me instead of picking my 3 free samples it said I got a holiday collections table decorating set (?) also the fleece blanket, and free sample..So loving the freebies and the cash back!

Wow…I’ve never shopped Yves Rocher before, but I needed cleanser and eye makeup remover, and I’m not that picky as long as they’re gentle, and also got 3 under the tree gifts and 5 really good stocking stuffers for about $17 bucks (It was the first time I had used ebates so I got the initial $5 credit. Thanks, Colin. This year, the gifts have to count, or they don’t get bought – better than I could have – or would have – afforded otherwise. Yay!

I’m not having much luck with Ebates right now. It’s like they don’t understand my English. I know I’m foreign but come on. I signed up a few months ago and was promised a $5 bonus for the sign up. I will only get it if I order something before it expires. I ordered parent magazines through their site, from Tanga. Now they’ve only given me a percent of my total order, but still no $5 bonus.
