I was picked for the wii dance party 2 – I haven’t received my box yet but I”m very excited.
I just had the kraft mac and cheese party and the box contained a pyrex pan and serving dish and lots of samples. We had a blast trying out the new flavors while watching football and then playing cards. My friends are loving these parties – some have tried to get a party themselves but haven’t been lucky.

I just opened my Wii Just Dance 2 box and am very excited for this weekend’s party!!! it should be a lot of fun. I’ve also hosted the DiGiorno’s pizza party, a Bryers Ice cream party, a Capri Sun party, and a bar-b-q sauce party. They area all a blast!
I am SO bummed! I was selected to host the Hamilton Brew station party, but didn’t get anything in the mail! The party was to be held this past Monday. Guess that was a dud!
I don’t understand that either. Because my party page said I am a host for the Hamilton Brew station party but I didn’t receive anything from them. 🙁
The same thing happened to me but I also recieved an email stating they had an issue with there system and it sent out the invites to pretty much everyone that filled out the survey. So basically it was a mistake on there part but I did recieve another email stating I was put in a drawling for the brew system. I did get picked for the gerber party!
I did get picked for the Hamilton Beach Brew Station Party and got the free coffee maker! Love it!
Same thing happened to me..They tweeted that it was a “glitch” and they sent the wrong email to the wrong ppl lol

I was picked to hose the Wii Dance Party 2 also! I haven’t gotten my goodies, but last week I found out that not only are they sending Dance Party 2, but also Dance Party for Kids! Both games retail at $29.99 each! I can’t wait to see what else they send! This is my first House Party, and I’ll definitely be applying for another one!

Wow – that is much better than what I got for my Quilted Northern Party. I am having mine this Saturday. Should be fun though. I received a 12 pack of toilet paper, 15 $1.00 off coupons and 15 bags which are nice.
i held a caprisun party 2 months ago which came with 2 boxes of caprisuns, coupons, frisbees, magnets, napkins and tetracycle bags made from used caprisuns. then just this past weekend i held a shutterfly party that came with 15 free coupons for making 8×8 photobooks and 10 holiday cards, balloons, shopping tote bags, werthers originals and coupons, plus card samples and a cd!! i love house party!
That party is awesome! I won the Pearler Bead party and it was awesome, too. The kids LOVED it! They sent enough for 15 kids to each make two projects!!! Big fan of House Parties!
I was picked to host the Perler Bead party. They sent me a huge box with beads for fifteen people to make either monkeys or lizards. Coupons, idea books, a bead giveaway pack and a tub of beads for the host that you cannot even buy in stores yet. I love House Party!! My kids love Perler beads and had so much fun making stuff with their cousins. I will definitely be applying for more house parties!!!
I was chosen to host the Tombstone pizza party and it was awesome! I used the pizzas, cookies, candy, and decorations at out football tailgate party. I hosted a Chex Mix party a couple weeks ago and this Saturday I’ll be hosting a Quilted Northern party. I haven’t been selected for any of the gaming parties but you never know. 🙂
I was selected for the Chex mix one too but all I got was 3 medium-sized bags of chex mix. How are you supposed to throw a party for 15 with that?
I did a Earths best party….we did not get much, baby food, bibs and 1 bowl and 1 pack of wipes….I would not recommend it
I did earth’s best but it wasn’t a “houseparty” it was just through earth’s best. They did send free product coupons for everyone that came, nicer free bibs, and cereal samples. Not horrible for free 🙂
I have had a blast hosting parties! I hosted a tombstone party, a bic soleil party, a Durex Girl Talk Party, and an upcoming Quilted Northern party . They can be alot of work, but I love the freebies and it’s fun to get together with friends and families. Use the resources they provide to get some good party ideas. I use my gift of couponing to have contests and games for all my parties and give everyone freebies. It’s pretty fun 😉
nothing against you, but i wonder why Houseparty won’t let others get in on the fun before letting people hosts multiple parties? So confusing to me!

Awesome, I bet that was a blast! I just hosted the Tombstone party and it was a lot of fun. We did a costume party for Halloween! I also got tons of $1.00 off coupons leftover and the Tombstone pizza’s are only $2.50 at Walmart. =D
I got the Gerber party for next weekend. My friends can’t wait to come and get together and get some goodies for their little ones as well!!!! THis is the first house party I have gotten, but will definitly be trying for more!

I was chosen for the Maxwell House and Nilla Wafers party…we are hosting this saturday and turning it into a couponing party too to get all our friends hooked on our new addiction!! What better way than to start with freebies and coupons…My host pack was HUGE….19 fullsize boxes of Nilla Wafers….3 Coffee (flavored) magnets, notepads, groc bag, coupons, plates, napkins, recipes, etc…..The box almost broke the UPS guy’s back! LOL

I hosted a Durex Girl Talk House Party on October. What a blast!!! This really is a great thing they’ve got going; A good way to get out there and promote their products and also a great way to get friends together to have a good time!
I am doing the Gerber house party next week. I am so excited. I have applied for lots of these and was finally chosen. It sounds like they are sending tons of great items. I can’t wait to get my boxes this week!
I hosted a Durex party my firends and i had a great time! i also got chosen to host a just dance 2 party i got my pack this mornign i can not wait my kids are so excited
I’ve tried for the Tombstone Pizza, Capri Sun & Mac & Cheese parties & didn’t get any of them. I was pretty bummed & still am. I did however go to the Shutterfly one that people had this past weekend as my SIL got to host that one from House Party. She didn’t do everything I think that most people did, but we did a couple of fun games & I got the bag (which I love actually b/c it has long handles instead of the short ones most reusable bags have), Werther’s candies & coupons, and of course my FREE 8×8 Shutterfly book & 10 FREE Holiday cards. I’m going to keep trying & see if I ever get to host a party, I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
I have been chosen for 3 parties. My first one was Your Shape where I got a copy of the wii game (which included a web cam) coupons for free Jello Mousse, spoons, headbands and other fun stuff. The next one was the Bryers Ice cream Treats. The new Sandwiches and bars. It was great! I had a family get together and was able to bring all the treats. The most recent was the Tombstone Pizza party. I brought it all to work and we had a work Halloween party. it was so fun. Work was so excited about the coupons. That week Smiths had the pizzas on sale for $3.66, the Candy was on sale for $2.50 and the cookie dough was on sale if you bought 10 items for $1.99. So with the coupons it was a pretty sweet deal. I love House Party. For the person who hasn’t gotten a party yet, look at the answers you are giving on the survey. Get to know the item that the party is for and if it is a really good fit for you make the answers good. I am not saying to lie, but try and make yourself stand out as a really good candidate. Just keep trying.

I LOVE HouseParty. So far we’ve done the Arnold bread party, Star Wars party (which was awesome), and the Wii Dance Party 2 came today!!!! These are REALLY worth signing up for!
I did the betty crocker cookie party last Christmas, which was awesome to have a baking party with friends in time for the holidays. I’ve also done a 7th Generation party and am waiting for my Gerber box to come in the mail for the party next week! It’s so great to be given so many supplies to host a party. It still does end up being quite a bit of work sometimes, so I only apply for ones that sound really interesting to me or my circle of friends.
I just got picked for the Sabra Hummus house party. They sent a bunch of coupons for FREE hummus any size, a bunch of $1 off coupons, a music cd, spatula and a stone trivet. We LOVE hummus so this was a great fit for us! I also got the earth’s best playdate party pack a couple weeks ago with 10 coupons for FREE baby food, lots of bibs, a feeding bowl. I love house parties, it’s so fun!
I also won the Tombstone party. I was blessed with a fabulous B1G1 sale on the pizza, cookies,and candy. I was able to get double of everything for the party!!!
I got chosen to do 2 parties! The first was the Earths Best Playdate party. The party pack came with 10 bibs, 10 jars of baby food, 1 pack of teethings biscuits, 1 bowl for the host, 1 pack of wipes ( which they expected you to share with everyone) and some coupons. I didnt really feel like it was enough to give away to my friends so I went and bought 10 more jars of food, 2 boxes of the fruit bars for the older ( like 1 year old) kids that might not eat baby food as much, and another box of the teething bisuits. Then I split everything up and it looked like a ton more stuff. It was worth it to me to make the party better.
I also got chosen for the Gerber baby food party, and I am so excited to see what they will be sending! I hear its a ton of stuff, and since Gerber is a big name ( if not the biggest in baby foods) then im sure they will have some great things. I love House Party! 🙂 P.S. for those of you who ask what is the secret…there isnt one. You just have to have what they are looking for. In my case, I have a 6 month old baby– which is why I got chosen for both baby parties. They are trying to get people to buy THEIR items, so of course choose the person with a baby that is JUST starting solids! 🙂 any way, just be honest, and keep trying. you will get chosen eventually! GOOD LUCK!
I was chosen to host the Bey Blade party. I received 5 Bey Blades (valued at $7.50 each), a Bey Blade stadium (value $10), 15 posters, 15 CD’s, 15 $1 off coupons, and a tournament bracket tear off pad. Total value was about $80 or so. We had a blast and my boys and their friends loved it! They have since bought 2 Bey Blades a piece (to Hasbro’s delight I’m sure)
I was selected to host the Hamilton Beach Brewstation party November 6th. I incorporated it into a coupon class and brunch. The coffee maker is AWESOME and the Melitta coffee was so FANTASTIC that I went online and bought 2 cans of it the next day. My guests had so much fun and I can’t wait to host another House Party! Don’t be discouraged if you haven’t been selected to host a party – just keep trying!

In the past I’ve been chosen for a Chex Mix Party and a Capri Sun Party!! I got chosen for the Wii Just Dance 2 Party recently 🙂 Got the box yesterday with the bonus copy of Just Dance Kids. MY 7 and 9 year old (and even my husband, LOL!!) have been playing it non-stop – the kids one is awesome 🙂 We’ve tried the new Just Dance 2 game a few times, so no reviews as of yet. Really love House Party these days!
I’ve had four parties through House Party. Arnold’s Sandwich Thins, Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce, Jack Daniels and just recently Jolee’s Jewels. I love having parties and this gives me a reason to have one and just have fun. I have to say that by far the Jolee’s was the best. I got $80 worth of product for myself and I think the kits for the guests were about $20 retail value. I had 10 kits and 11 people so I chose to help with unexperienced jewelry makers instead of making a bracelet for myself and helped everyone use the Hotfix tool. This is such a wonderful idea! I just wish they’d sign up with Evite so I don’t have to figure out how to import my addresses. So far, I’ve never used their site and I still keep getting picked.
I have applied for only a few parties and one of the first I applied for I was chosen and it was the one I wanted the most….the Fisher Price House Party! Talk about luck!! It was AMAZING! I was sent 5 of the newest toys ($190 worth), batteries, a pack of diapers & 10 ring stackers, sample packs of diapers, coupons, & bags for the guests. I LOVE HOUSEPARTY!
I just hosted my first houseparty. It was for playstation move and singstar + dance. This was the first party I was selected to host. They sent me two move controllers, eye camera, two microphones, the game, napkins, cups, two coupons for 12 packs of coke, and a $5 subway gift card. My party was this past weekend. There was a mixup with the Hamilton Brewstation party. I have about 5 co-workers that apply to House Party as well, and ALL of them were told they were picked, then received another email saying there was a glitch in the system and they weren’t chosen. However, all of these same co-workers have been chosen at least 2 to 3 other times to host parties.
I haven’t been chosen once. 🙁 So clearly something in my answers they don’t like. If anyone knows the secret of how to answer their questions to get picked… I’d love to hear about it.
So far House Party is a big dud for me.

We all received promo codes for free 8×8 hard cover photo books, 10 photo cards, canvas shopping bags, and heard about the deal on free shipping before it was released to the public. Plus, Werther’s candies sent some of their carmel and milk chocolate candies for us to try. We all loved it. I hope to host another party soon!
