its under your settings in the account tab
It’s automatically on your account once you log in. I put something in my cart and then went to check out and it showed the credit.
Note that you have to put a credit card in even if your credit takes care of your total. My item was free, no money owed, and I still had to input a credit card in order for it to go through.

when does credit appear?
After you signup, go to “Account” on the top and then “Credits” on the left, and you’ll see the $20 credit there. Just check out like normal, and it will be applied.

can’t they just say “oh, you don’t have to put it in for a 0 balance” that’s what some companys do.
i was thinking the same is it okay to give them my CC# even if my tottal is 0.00

Is there anything to that comment above about customer service saying its illegal? Kinda freaked out by that. But if its something they offer could I even be blamed for that?
