asking again about the free shipping. I must be missing something here…
I sent all 10 email invitations and was given message that I will get free shipping and was instructed to use the dropdown menu when I check out. I can not find the dropdown menu anywhere. I tried to re-enter the email addresses and the system says the addresses have already been used.
I’m ready to change my order to something less expensive. I really do not want to pay shipping of $7.95.

The same thing happened to me. I put 10 new emails in and it worked just fine. I have no idea what the problem was, but I ended up with an Emile Henry pie plate for $2.
mine worked, once I confirmed the order the shipping went to zero-I got 2 children’s books for free ($20 for 2 books minus $20 credit minus $7.95 shipping for sending out email invitation to 10 people)
Do you mean you entered all your cc info, then went to the next page and it still showed the $7.95 shipping price, but it went away after you hit the final submit?
I am afraid to click on submit at this point since the shipping is still showing in my total.

When I did this earlier the free shipping didn’t show up, when I went back and tried putting in the same e-mail addresses that I sent them to in the first place they said the invites had already been sent. I went ahead and put in 10 more, and that is when the free shipping finally showed up. I wouldn’t approve the order before it shows up because you will be charged the shipping charges. If it didn’t work, try adding different e-mail addresses. I’m not sure why it did it but it worked when I did more. Kind of annoying but worth the $7.95.
I entered ANOTHER 10 emails and then got the tab choice to change shipping to free. I got that BEFORE hitting submit. HTH!

I just submitted 10 more emails also to get my free shipping. It turns out that they wanted to ship my two items separately so I was being charged shipping twice. So two sets of invites covered it.

The 1st time I did it- I had my items in my cart then went to invites friends. When I went to check out I realized i didnt have a drop down menu either. So I started over- Added the invites first- then went to the Shop link off of the invite friends list- Then my credit showed up after I re-added my books. Hope it helps!

Ummm yeah, I didn’t want to put in my credit card # for a balance of $0.00. So I tried typing in nothing and it wouldn’t let me submit it. Then I typed in random numbers and It took it. I hope it doesn’t screw my order up. Hopefully it won’t since there is nothing to charge.

Beware of the free shipping option. My order receipt showed the $20 credit, plus the $7.95 credit for inviting 10 friends, but when I got my confirmatin email, it only applied the $20 credit, and not the $7.95. It said I was going to be charged $7.95. I quickly cancelled my order.

on your confirmation page…on the bottom where it says total…7.95, then do you have the payment section where it says…credits and then free ground shipping?
also go in your order confirmation page on guilt, found in the account tab on the top…your balance should be zero. double check that also before cancelling.
It says account credit $20.00. Free ground shipping discount $0.00. Which is confusing. Because my total says $7.95 and then it says Free ground shipping discount $0.00. So, is it telling me a $0.00 discount was applied or is it saying it is $0.00 after free ground shipping was applied? Seems like it would says Free ground shipping discount $7.95 after saying account credit $20. Okay, after I typed all this, I just went into my account and it reads that it is still at $0.00 for my total. Looks like it is okay. Thanks, Kristen
