Just ordered the Advent buckets and 3 Christmas stockings. No shipping but they added an $18 special handling fee?!?!? Not sure it was worth paying that 🙁
Called the company about the “special” fee and was told it was for monogramming, although it stated $0.00 next to the personalization on each stocking at checkout. Was told the monogramming was only free until midnight as their sale of the day even though it stated FREE at checkout and was ordered BEFORE midnight PST (website does not state specific time-zone). The helpful rep said the fee would be refunded once my order had shipped. Hope they do!

I just called because my advent calendars changed from $19 to $24 (before discount code) while in the cart too and they are manually fixing the total. Apparently you need to use the code H0W208B INSTEAD of the H0W260B. The H0W260B code is creating some kind of error in the system. Hope this helps!… UPDATE: Nevermind. Just tried it. It didn’t work. I guess they increased the price when they saw the demand. 🙁
Hi, everyone–Garnet Hill didn’t raise the prices, but several of the items lots of folks were ordering (backpacks, lunch packs, the advent calendar) were part of their ‘sale of the day’ for yesterday. They always rotate which items are on sale in that section. I forgot about that–I had thought I might order a second backpack today; they were a great deal!
