Shoot! I just canceled my order because i saw that they only applied the 4.95 promo code!
When I got my confirmation at the time of the order, they applied all of the promotions, but when I got my emailed receipt, it only had the $4.95 promo. I emailed customer service. They never got back to me today, but they applied all of the promos. You should try it again.

I ordered the crab and some slow cooker meat, and I should get the $9 off through Shop At Home. I think my final total will be about $7. The original total with delivery would have been $75.

SO, i called to make sure i was charged correctly and I was. I got all my items for $7.97. I’m so excited! I wish they delivered to my mother but they dont and she lives closer to one than me.

I just called the number on my email confirmation and the gal said that all 3 of my promotion codes were valid and that the $15 off will NOT show up on your email conf because it is also not put through until checkout (at the same time BOGOS will come off) – I will be getting my delivery tomorrow of $53.16 worth of groceries for 9.63 (tax)

I called CS in regards to the free water and she said if we added one to our cart, we are actually going to get 2 because the promo code automatically ads the water to the cart. But when I check my confirmation it only shows 1 water. If I cancel the water, then I am not at $50. I guess we will have to wait and see how many waters show up. I am not too concerned though as that is not a bad price for water 🙂
Glad others are getting to use this deal. I am a Safeway shopper but I am annoyed with them right now……I wasn’t going to use this offer for myself but for my hubbys grandmother and she has 3 Safeways near her under a 10 mile radius, But the closest store won’t deliver to her and the other two that deliver that are 5 and 7 miles from her house and they refuse to deliver to her zipcode!!! There is only a 3 mile difference from her closest store and the cust rep told me they deliver 5 to 20 miles away from the stores but he said since her zipcode said no delivery so they won’t do it. Really all over three miles?????? Sorry for venting, just sad I can’t get this to help her out. She like others has a limited income and ability to even go out to the store since having medical complications and surgery. Come on Safeway get it together!
I just talked to Customer Service…they told me that this deal wasn’t going to work. She said getting 50.00 worth of groceries for 7.00ish wasn’t possible. And, if they see this coming over the order system they are going to cancel the order! yicks!!!!! I should be getting my stuff between 10-12 tomorrow morning. It will be very interesting to see what happens.

So my total was $31.78. I am assuming that 1/2 of that will come off when they ring it through? (all were b1g1) so that should bring my total to about $16 and then I will get $5 back with ebates so total of $11???? If I end up having to pay $32 for it all I will be bringing it all back!!! 🙂

yes, I had the same problem. Since I didn’t really care about getting the water anyway, I just proceeded without it.

I calculated it to be about $11, after thier estimate came over with the promo’s, just had to minus the BOGO’s that would come off at time of delivery. My email confirmation also scared me, it said no promo’s were on it, I did open an online incident & am still waiting.

Received my shipment last night…..paid only $15.24 for the following:

– 1 package eggs (free for registering for on-line coupons)
– 2 packages Betty Crocker cookie mix (this was my only BOGO)

DON”T CANCEL your order if the VALPAK15 coupon isn’t listed…..my original email only showed the water promo, but the VALPAK15 discount did come off on the final receipt. What a great deal!

I did an order at my MIL’s house (yes for her) and it went through fine. 13.09 for a case of water, a 3.5 lb pot roast and a 4.5 lb pot roast, and 4 boxes of sausage.
But today mine was supposed to come and I sat waiting and waiting. After 30 mins past the delivery time I called and they said it was 2 hrs behind, then my phone rings and it’s safeway saying that something was out of stock and it brought my balance to the negative so they cancelled it. They tried to push it through but couldn’t. So they credited my account fro free shipping and free water, told me to place another order and when I get it to call back and they will credit $15 to my account. So I placed another order and should probably pay around $4. Hoping this one works!
i paid a whopping $2.12 (with tax) for $52 worth of food! they substituted the bacon i ordered for a different brand, but who cares. 🙂 i was expecting to pay $9-$10, so i was very surprised when i saw the bill. so worth it.
This worked out brilliantly. I got 5lbs of chicken breasts, 2 boxes of chicken stock, 24 pack of water & 2 boxes of oatmeal for $2.34. Plus I’ll be getting the $9.00 back from shop at home so somehow this turned into a little money maker! It made me a little uneasy since I didn’t know my total until I received my delivery, but it ended up working out great! The driver called me and told me he was running about 1/2 an hour late which I really appreciated as well.

my order didn’t work out so well and I have been on the phone with customer service for 40 min. I ordered 8lbs of crab BOGO for 7.69lb with bogo it should be 30.76 then minus the 15.00 around 15.00 give or take a few bucks due to the crabs not weighing exactly 8lbs.. but they gave me 4lbs more then I ordered and want to charge me 37.14. uuggg!! I like to know what I am paying for before it lands at my house and I HATE surprises.. so I plan on never using this service again.. and I will bring back every single crab if they don’t figure it out. I usually don’t complain about stuff.. but when you were expecting 15-17.00 and get charged 37.00 there is a BIG mix up and the order sheet is impossible to read!
