This might be silly, but I don’t have to purchase the BOGO items right? This deal will work as long as I order 50.00 worth of groceries right?
The code CJSAVINGS only subtracts $15. The reason why groceries are free is because it subtracts an additional $25 off the $50 you “spent” (since the price of 2 items is reflected before delivery, instead of the $25 it’d be for the one item + the free item). Does that make sense?
So, if you signed up at Shop at Home for the first time ($5) and went through them for your Safeway purchase ($12), then entered the CJSAVINGS code at checkout, you’d end up spending a total of $18.

I just got mine like ten minutes ago and am thrilled. They didn’t have one of my products but it ended up working out even better because I didn’t have to pay for them of course so I ended up getting about 53 dollars worth of stuff for ten. Except that with my shop at home rebate it comes all the way down to one dollar. One dollar for all the stuff I just got is so amazing! I can’t wait to show my future hubby when he gets home!

I hope it works …I am having it schedule on Friday since that is the only day someone will be home…my total is 53.04 less 15 is 38.04. I just signed up for ShopAtHome.com it doesn’t say if I get the sign up bonus or not but I am happy with the $12 cash back. How soon does the check mail out? I’m totally excited because I placed my order the day that Collin posted the link, and I got 4 packages of 3lbs of thighs plus drinking water for $8.94!! I’m so grateful because I make a filipino dish called adobo with chicken, and I don’t always want to get the big packages because it can be pricey. Hi Ladies, my mother in law just did this and it worked! She paid $11 total! Plus a tip for the delivery guy. For those that don’t have a Safeway around them or Safeway doesn’t deliver to them, consider donating to a food bank! It’s almost next to nothing, especially if you go through ebates or shop at home. This is awesome! I just got 6 packages of ground turkey(a staple in our house) and 2 hillshire farms sausages for .86 total after my shop at home $12 back! That is amazing! Who says you can’t get a great deal on meat! I can make a lot of meals out of that! Thanks a ton Collin!
I ordered last Thursday and had my order delivered on Sunday, for the stuff I got the “deal” on I paid about $2 even after the rebate from ShopatHome, that included some dried fruit bites and 8lbs of hamburger among other things. I realized Saturday night I could add my normal groceries for this week (milk/bread/eggs), so for $23 OOP I saved a trip to the store AND got a bunch of free stuff. love it!
I am wondering how come the BOGO is not being deducted?? I did this deal and it was great. Wanted to do it again for my in-laws…but all of the BOGO items are lame. Other than bread and eggs, there are no real BOGO deals. No fresh meats, no canned tuna, no rice or pasta. Just banana peppers, jarred fruit, and cereal (none of which my in-laws eat). yep…certain sale items are BOGO if they are delivered before a certain date….just make sure you look at the date of the item you want to get the BOGO deal

It won’t let me schedule a delivery date – like bonnie said, the site seems to be down as far as delivery goes. Does anyone happen to know if you can even schedule delivery for the same day?… if most of the BOGO prices are only valid for deliveries through today, I don’t want to waste a lot of time on this if I can’t get it delivered today.
I just went through all of it and you cannot place an order and have it delivered in the same day. So this deal is, unfortunately, no good. We are too late!

I did this deal last week, I was pretty happy with it. They did substitute one product for a slightly higher one, but I was ok with that. But my shop at home cash back did not seem to get through, I didn’t get an email about it and when I checked my account I didn’t see anything. I definitely went through there link. I did go back and edit the order at one point, I wonder if that negated the shop at home. =( Still a good deal, but not free for me.

I did this deal last week. I got 9 lbs. of ground beef, 2 packages of center cut bacon, 2 boxes of oatmeal, and 1 case of water for $2.13 after my shop@home rebate. I was impressed with how easy to ordering process was and how quick, I received my order in less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order.

When I asked if I could add a tip for the delvery man on to my order, he stated that they were not allowed to accept tips.
would anyone be willing to share a food bank or shelter that would accept such a donation. we don’t have any of these stores in our area so i would be happy to send it somewhere that could use it but i could search all day trying to find a place that accepts such a donation AND has a safeway close by. thank you for your assistance!

Julia, on my safeway page, the note says “offer valid for deliveries on or before – 12-15-2010” Does this mean if I can have my groceries delivered tomorrow dec15, they will deduct the BOGO special?? a little bit unclear now..hmmmm I really want to stock up on meat..thanks in advanced!

This is an amazing deal! I received my order over the weekend and ended up with a grand total of $2.30 (plus cash back from shop at home!) I even ordered chicken that ended up being out of stock (I selected not to have it replaced by another product on the order form) so technically my total ended up being far less than $50 but I was still able to receive the $15 discount… definitely take advantage of this if you can.
I did it previously, and I got 5 lbs of ground turkey breast, 2 jars of pepperoncinis, 2 jars of jalapenos, 2 packs of Mentos gum, and a 24 pack of water, final cost $0.49. 🙂 Do this deal if you can! 🙂
