This Nike shoe giveaway is part of Dr. Oz’s 11 Weeks to Move it and Lose it in 2011 challenge. I’m new to this and don’t want to sound stupid, but after we register, what do we actually do? Do you just watch his show at 3? Or do you actually have to go to a website? I definitely don’t want to miss out!
Collin will post a reminder at 2:30 tomorrow, with the link, so you just have to click the link a few minutes before 3:00, and keep hitting “refresh” until you see the offer. If you have AutoFill or RoboForm, this will help you to fill out the form quicker. However, sometimes AutoFill doesn’t work on certain forms, but it’s worth a shot….good luck!

I use AutoFill, it is on my Google toolbar. I don’t have RoboForm, but I’m sure you can Google it and sign up for free. What you do with AutoFill is, you click the down arrow next to AutoFill, and you fill in all your info (I don’t give credit card info). Then, every time you need to fill in a form, you click AutoFill, and it fills out the form for you. Like I said above, sometimes it doesn’t work, I don’t know why, but it does work for the most part.
Heads up: you don’t want to use this for contests. If you read their rules, they won’t accept and entry if you use an automated system. HTH 🙂

This one is tomorrow at 1/4/2011 starting at 3:00 PM EST (2PM Central, 1 PM Mountain, Noon Pacific).
So do I have to wait until tomorrow at 3 to fill out the form or should I fill it out now, I just filled it out and am not sure if I should find a way to cancel what I just did so when I try to enter tomorrow it doesn’t tell me that it already has my address on file.

typically you just sign up tomorrow when the form is available at noon or 1 or 2 or 3 depending on which timezone your in.
this is part of the challenge, but usually u do not need to participate in the challenge to get it.

this is not working. i tried on my macbook and on my hp laptop and neither is working. WHY ??? the website shows up and all it says is registration and after that it is all blank and on the bottom it says the rule of the giveway. so MAD

I actually put my information in and submitted it about 20 minutes ago, but then it went back to that same blank screen again. I have NO idea if it worked, but I’m hoping despite the fact that it took me forever to submit that it hopefully took everyone else that long too…? Seriously, I really want to hear if anyone gets this.
I was able to submit the registration form but then I just got a blank page with no confirmation.. so I’m Unsure! :o( **And that was after refreshing the page like 25 times before I even got the registration page!

I filled out the registration form 3 times after refreshing a gazillion times and never actually got confirmation that it went through, hopefully one of the times it went through.
I had the same problem! I finally was able to get the page to load and then when I hit “Submit” the page went back to the blank screen again! Very frustrating!

I went to all the sites. thanks for letting us home viewers get involved with the free giveaways I’m a big fan of Dr.oz’s and of nike so don’t just say go to dr.oz’s. com a lot of us are not computer smart and I did go to the sites and clicked and nothing. very disappointing.

Yes, I did get that $50 Target GC, but I was totally shocked. There was no indication that my information had gotten through, and no email confirmation. Nothing, nada, zilch. I was pleasantly surprised.
Dr Oz should have learned from that craziness and set up servers this time that could handle more traffic.

I signed up myself,yet i was refused entry.on numerous occasion,so sorry.
i kept refreshing the form page until i got the actual form between 2:59 and 3:10, filled it out and then submitted and said something like thanks blah blah blah.. i hope i did get it!
I also submitted a few because the first few did not come up with any thing or I got a load page error but 2 did go threw I think I got a thank you page pop up… here is the trick i use… google chrome or any hitting F5 on multiple tabs because some times it would take like 30 seconds to finally comeback and give me an error. I hope I get a pair I never did one from dr oz before so I dont know if Im defiantly going to get a voucher because I got in.. do they close after all shoes are gone or do they do it by a set closing time? LOL first app I filled out auto filled put USA as my Zip code…..
