I recently heard word from Kerry over at Totally Target about an awesome deal you can score on Chobani Greek yogurt at Target. You see, the weekly ad states Chobani Greek Yogurt is on sale 5/$6. Well, I was assuming that this sale was valid for the 6 oz cups. According to Kerry, though, surprisingly this sale is valid on the Chobani large 32 oz Strawberry & Plain Non-fat & low-fat containers! These are regularly priced at $5.99, so this is an awesome deal even without coupons. If you want to sweeten this sale price further, check out the deal scenario below…

*Buy 1 large 32 oz container of Chobani Greek Yogurt on sale 5/$6
Use the $0.50/1 coupon found here
Final cost ONLY $0.70 for a large container of Greek Yogurt!

You can also score cheap Yoplait frozen smoothies…

*Yoplait Smoothies Triple Berry on a price cut for $2.09
Use the new $1.25/1 coupon found here
Final cost only $0.84!

(Thanks, Totally Target!)

Nice Deal! i love Chobani, best greek yogurt I’ve ever had.

  2. Turboturtle_8

I actually bought the large Chobani yesterday at this price…I was SHOCKED! Even my son got excited when I asked “you know what this means?…SMOOTHIES!!!”

Don’t forget to bring your own bags when shopping at Target. You get 5 cents off for each reusable bag you use. PLUS, if you have a Target Visa you AUTOMATICALLY get 5% off every time you shop at Target. Love it! I’m totally going today and getting me some yummy yogurt. Chobani kicks butt! cheapsinglechick.blogspot.com

I love that extra 5%! I have the debit card, and I saved an extra $15 on Black Friday using my card!

  4. Heather

The large containers did not scan up at that price in my Target – I checked all the flavors too. Oh well. I still grabbed the smaller ones – my husband and I eat Greek Yogurt every day. It’s a delicious snack and loaded with protein!

I was wondering if anyone could e-mail me Chobani coupons, I have tried on two different computers and it will not install for me. Help? tstevens03@yahoo.com
Thank you for your time and Happy New Year of Savings 🙂

I just called my local Target to make sure it was the 32 ounce size, it is not, and for some reason, I was told it was only on sale through tonight, some glich in their system. I am glad I called first.

    • Penny

That is good to know. I went today and got some yogurt at this price (which is such a steal!) I will go back again tonight and if they are out, try to get a rain check for it. I am glad to know the sale ends tonight. Thanks!

Just curious… In my target ad the Fage is on sale… Not Chobani… Was the Cho in your ads where you live?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My Target ad in Florida also says Fage. Any coupons for this brand?

      • Maureen

Hi…I’m in Orlando and our Target had it featured so hopefully yours will too? I only got 2 but rainchecks for every flavor in 10 increments.

  8. Maureen

I went and was so sad to find only 2 left but then the manager suggested getting rain checks…10 for EVERY flavor. Plus…he took my receipt for the three I bought at $5.99 earlier this week and credited the difference! I was thrilled. Not usually impressed at all with Target’s customer service overall but they hit it today! Thanks so much for the tip!

  9. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

OK, so I called ahead, because here in Wisconsin it was showing only FAGE in the ad. The employee scanned it for me, and said it was $1.20, but he didn’t know how long it would be like that.
I went in, and bought 2. It was weird, because the smaller containers are also $1.20, but none of this was marked on the shelf. In addition, the FAGE (small containers) were marked 5/$6, and they had a few flavors left,..but they were also substituting the large 32 oz containers due to low stock…these were for $2.87.
I am going to check another Target tomorrow, and see what I find.

Just got some strawberry chobani in AL for $1.20 32oz! (plus the .50/1) sweet! Even the cashier was like: “are these on sale? that’s a good deal!”
Wish I had thought to ask for rainchecks of the vanilla. I may just go back tomorrow for the rain checks.

It is worth it to go to Target even if it isn’t advertised in your weekly circular. My circular showed the fage on sale and I went to Target tonight and I got 3 32oz containers of Chobani for $1.20 each. My Target had all flavors on sale- not just plain and strawberry. YAY!!!

  12. Carissa B.

My Target here in St Louis had the 32 oz chobani marked at 5/$6, but there were sold out. They were substituting 32 oz Dannon, but it rang up at 42 CENTS! Yep, that’s 42 CENTS for 32 OZ, without coupons!

    • Monica

This is such a great deal!! I live in St. Louis too. Which location did you go to?

      • Carissa B.

I go to Brentwood. Don’t love it, but often get better luck with using coupons because they are so packed!

  13. mom25

Just hit up our Target and they were sold out so I got 5 rainchecks, but if the sale is there tomorrow I am getting more, even without the coupons that’s a steal! The plus was our Target had the Archer Farms 32oz clearanced to 56cents each. So I bought all of them. Start eating yogurt kids 🙂

  14. J

My kids love to eat this frozen!

  15. ScrapGal

Thanks for the tip on the rain check. I’m planning on hitting Target tomorrow to check on the Christmas clearance and if they don’t have the yogurt in stock I’ll ask for a rain check. DD just fractured a toe on New Years Eve so I’m trying to up her calcium content while it heals.

  16. cathy

i bought some today at target in cupertino, CA. 32 oz size for $1.20 and then $.50 coupon. awesome! i only bought 2. this was my first time buying greek yogurt. i ate some strawberry tonight. yum! at safeway, until tuesday 1/3, the 5.3 oz athenos greek yogurt is $.99. there is/was $2/2 coupon on internet. i printed 2 of the coupons on sunday i was able to get 4 free. yay!

  17. Dee

My local Target (Acworth, GA) has advised that the sale for this does not include the 32oz size and they have been told to rescind the pricing – bummer! They were out of it yesterday (no surprise!) and when I called this morning – the price was $5.99! The small sizes are still included in the sale.

  18. Maria

I was just at my Target in Rochester, Michigan and the small ones were on sale but not the big ones. Bummer. I Did buy the Fage though. The large was $3.79. Oh well!!!

  19. Stevie

do you have to buy all 5?

    • MollyC

No. If you buy 1 its $1.20. I bought 3.

  20. Diana

Checked at my Target last night in N Charleston SC b/c I was going anyway and they only have the little FAGE cups b/c it’s not a super Target…they don’t even carry the big ones or the chobani. Bummer but excited for the rest of you!!

  21. teresa

I went today and they took the deal down yesterday and deleted from the system so I was unable to get this.

  22. Rachel

Got 4 of them today at the $1.20 price .Had to look through for expiration dates. Talked to an employee, she verified it was tagged at the 5/$6 price and radioed the front end about it. The cashier changed each price, but they were not ringing up at the sale price. So excited about getting these CHEAP yogurts!

  23. Brooke

The 32 oz were not on sale at my Target. They were priced at $5.99

  24. MsMoneyStretcher

The 32oz tubs are no longer part of the ‘5 for $6’ deal this week

Yesterday I purchased 2, and got 2 rainchecks. Went in for the same today & the raincheck wouldn’t print. So grabbed 2 more tubs and they rang up for regular price.

I was still able to get them on discount because I had my reciept from yesterday, so they just adjusted the price.

I figure they (Target Corp) caught what a good deal this TPC was, and brought an immediate stop to it. 🙁

Glad I did get my 2 rainchecks from yesterday 😀

word to the wise: in the future take advantage of exellent TPCs and on Sunday go get those rainchecks!!!!!! 🙂

  25. Dee

Following up to my earlier post, I went to a different SuperTarget today and they hadn’t pulled their signs down on the 32oz tubs so when I checked out, they rang up at the full price but when I told them about the $1.20 price advertised, the cashier asked a manager who ok’d the adjustment – YAY! 2 tubs at $.70 each…what a baaaargain!
