I finally got it to work with IE, I had to first intila of my first name, whole last name, a different email than I’ve used before, and I put place I saw the offer as the brandsite. With those changes I got it work.

The first time I got an error (I didn’t request the newsletter), went back and checked that I wanted the newsletter and it worked. HTH
I just put everything in as normal, said I did not want the newsletter and it went right through with google chrome.

I tried all the tricks everyone else posted and I still get site not available.
I have tried everything I can think of and that was suggested. Even fired up my old computer and tried to register but it still says I have already requested this. I did months ago but certainly not in the last 30 days. Oh well, wasnt meant to me 🙁

I could not get mine either at first. It said I ordered already and I have not.
I changed my name to initial only and changed my birthday and then it went through.
I also went back, changed it to my hubby’s name, different email and his b-day and then it went through. ?? =)

I had same problem earlier so I filled first name as only “T” and rest of them were same as previous order. It worked. I used firefox. Thanks.
Got it with no problems using google chrome and I did request one several months back and got it. Thanks for the new link.
Mine went through on the second try – error message at first… had to answer the question above the form that asks “Where did you hear about this?” – using Safari on the Mac and no problems when I fixed that part!
I just got mine out of the mailbox!!!
I got the message that the site was not available at this time after putting in all my info, so I input my daughter’s info since she hasn’t order any booklets from them and it worked.
I use IE on a PC, got it no problemas.
I have an iMac, and am using Firefox. Very seldom do I have problems with websites; if I do, then I use Safari as my backup. Sometimes, a site gets overloaded, but I will get on when I try later on.

I kept getting “Sorry site down” so I tried my fiance’s name with his parents address & it went through. I changed my first name to Christina, and it went through for me, so I think it may giving error messages if you have gotten one in the past few months.

Apparently we should start referring to them as Proctor and Gamble since they want the rest of to go by our given names!
I tried various browsers and could not get through, but I did as someone else suggested and put it in my husbands name and used our address. It went through fine. When I tried the second link and used his name again it didn’t work, so I added his middle initial and it went through, that time. So it appears that maybe they are looking for a different name.
