    HEADS UP: I don’t know if this will help, but I was abbreviating my city. I was putting Mt, but when I put Mount, it went through. Hopefully this can help some of you get the booklet…good luck!

    I actually got an error message and kept hitting submit till it took after it didit said sorry limit one request every 30 days per household. Interesting to see if it can be requested again every 30 days. Guess ill try again then too.

    It worked for me, but I had to make up an email because it didn’t like my “real” email address. Said is wasn’t “valid”. Go figure, I get email all the time.

    Can someone help ladies..Can one sign up twice for Prime Amazon as an AmazonMom as well with the same address and credit card without any problems. My Amazon prime expired, they emailed me the same day as it expired and they cancelled it before midnight of that expiry date. I wan’t to order tomorrow and get free 2 day shipping please help
