    I can never get these Sam’s Club samples to open to a name and address page anymore. Must you sign into Sam’s Club to get the samples now before the fill-in page pops up to get the sample?

    It gives me this:

    It wouldn’t send me a sample without a Sam’s Club Membership Number. I don’t belong to Sam’s Club. Did you try it yourself without a Sam’s Club Membership Number and it worked? If so, please send me THAT link and I’ll try it. Thanks.
