Tried entering for the free lipstick. . . there’s an age restriction on the giveaway. I think you have to be between 18 and 29. So, didn’t work for me 🙁

Told me I didn’t meet the “age requirement” LOL. I changed it to my daughters birthday, It’s for her anyway.
I tried this ,but it said I didn’t meet the requirements. It must have an age limit on it since it’s Seventeen magazine.
Entered and pretty much got called an old hag so I entered my teenage daughter instead. And I may as well since she’s just going to take it anyway. LOL!

Click on Collin’s link again, scroll to the bottom, click Seventeen magazine, then on the left side of the next page, click cancel subscription. Or see if they have an 800# to call.
No kidding would of been nice if there had been a WARNING that the damn thing automatically checked the box for a subscription. Like GRRRR
WOW What horrible marketing strategy Seventeen has taken. Do they realize that 17 year olds don’t spend their money (if they have any) on magazines. They blew it with the age disqualification…..
But the readers of this magazine-the ages targeted in the giveaway-do have disposable income regardless if someone else got them a great deal on a subscription (me :)) Really you would have to pay me to read an article about Ke$ha……..

My high schooler gets this magazine and the content isn’t really interesting to anyone over 30- although she is cute, this month’s covergirl Miranda Cosgrove probably doesn’t have any profound wisdom on life that a fortysomething gal hasn’t learned already………

OMG! now they will bill me for 10 issues of the magazine I didn’t wanted ! Im SO MAD as I didn’t see THAt info that I will have to pay for that damn lipstick! grhhhh. WHAT DO I DO NOW? I can’t find a number to call and cancel it! HELP PLEASE!!!
Don’t worry, it’s happened to me before. The website takes a few weeks to process your “subscription” so after a few weeks and when the bill arrives, you can choose to cancel your subscription with your subscription ID/code, they’ll ask for why you want to cancel, and write that you signed up accidentally, etc. And ignore the bill when it comes and they stop coming. Don’t kill yourself over it, no pay no service.

It’s my own fault, but nonetheless I’m mad that “they” signed me up for a subscription. After several minutes of searching and going to the Hearst Magazine group site, I found a “cancel my subscription” option. I clicked on it and it said something like I couldn’t access that because I needed the subscription code off the magazine I got in the mail. Argh! Since I haven’t GOTTEN ONE in the mail and DON’T WANT ONE, I filled in the fields where it said you could cancel your subscription by entering your name and address. Nope. It said they’re having problems. Ya think?? Finally, an email address popped up and it said to email my cancellation request. Here’s the email: svncustserv@cdsfulfillment.com
