Thank you for the introduction to these wonderful products and hosting the lotion giveaway! I was not familiar with Tropical Traditionals before seeing the opportunity to enter this contest.
I spent time reading through their coconut oil harvesting processes, the information on how the company has evolved over the last decade, and the feedback from their customers. I am very impressed with how conscientious Brian and Marianita Shilhavy are in choosing products for their family and their customers; and especially for their commitment to not to sell GMO products. Several people in my family, including myself, have sensitivities to foods and fragrances so we must be especially vigilant of the products we buy. I look forward to sharing my discovery with my family and my friends, and to trying your delicious products–all the lotions sound dreamy!! I read his book and was super impressed by their product that I ordered a whole gallon of coconut oil. Wish I had gotten a smaller container as I really do not care for the taste or smell of it even though I love coconuts. I should have tried my sister’s container before ordering my own, as I don’t care for hers either (thought maybe I got a bad batch). I have since tried two other brands, and I like those. So just be careful if you’re buying to get a small amount first.
