   BIG FYI ON THIS – Handle bar is not height adjustable! Proper handlebar height is essential.

  It is a program for anyone taking care of a child (mom,dad,grandparent,whomever). You go and sign up for a free 3 month membership. You get free 2 day shipping on anything that ships with amazon. It automatically cancels in 3 months, no charges. If you want to keep it going it is $79/yr or you can purchase $25 in the baby store( in one shipment) and it will extend you an extra month per purchase. I love ours. Hope this helps.
