Not sure what size to buy?! Here’s a simple formula to help you find the perfect size pole. First, take your height in inches and multiply it by 2.54 (height in inches x 2.54 = height in centimeters). Second, multiply your height in centimeters by 0.685 and this will give you the estimated pole length (height in centimeters x 0.685 = Estimated pole length).

According to the formula, I should get poles at 107 cm. Should I buy 105 or 110?
Depends on if you have a long or short torso. If you are longer in the leg, get the longer poles. If you are longer in your upper torso, go for the shorter poles.
