I just placed my order for the black knives. When I added it to the cart the price showed up wrong but I proceeded anyway. Once I got almost completely done it said there was a problem with my cart. I went back and did it again and it took the order. Keep trying if you have trouble.

I am having the same problem with the sheets, won’t accept my order. Kind of nervous because I have submitted order twice and still no order confirmation. I finally got through by calling customer service. They were so nice on the phone, checked to see if I had gotten through by placing my order online (didn’t go through) so she went ahead and placed my order for me–got the King sheet set in Sage Mist! Can’t wait!!!!
So, I called customer service, right, was told that there were a few left and that I got some sheets, right? Well, I received an email this morning telling me that “Due to overwhelming demand, the following item(s) is no longer available. We’re sorry to disappoint you.” Really?
I am totally disappointed, considering that I talked to a person who even told me what was still in stock and what was not. Oh well. Maybe next time!

This same knife set sells for the $38 at Walmart. It is priced higher on Amazon and has mixed reviews. You may want to read them before you decide if you want to purchase it.

THe set that walmart sells is lesser quality and not the same set that is selling here.. Yes it is Farberware but is doesn have a full tang and the whole product even weighs almost 2 pounds less than the product that is being sold here. They are both 15 pc sets but the one at WALMART is WALMART quality!!
I agree, and the negative reviews on Amazon are mostly about rusting which is a non-issue since you’re supposed to hand wash and immediately hand dry this set.
I don’t know if this is true, but I’ve heard that “walmart quality.” isn’t a myth. Supposedly things that you can buy in the same sizes at other stores (and not like Walmart specials like a flat screen tv that only they market that might have less features than the same size/brand over at best buy) are actually made specifically for Walmart and aren’t as good. The item I heard mentioned was Duracell batteries. I don’t know how P&G would do it, but supposedly Walmart sells them cheaper than anyone else because the batteries actually have less of a charge…
Yay! i really needed some sheets! I got one set, I tried 2 but it said the other set was regular price so I removed it from the cart. As I was checking out I noticed that it said only 4 sets left of the Harbor Blue.
I got the red knives for 35$ + tax (shipping was free) and could only get 1 set of sheets for 12$ + 5.95$ shipping. They both took a very long time to load and process, but they went through. Thanks Collin 🙂

I’ve spent half an hour trying to get Company store to accept payment. It sends me to paypal and then kicks me back and changes the sheets to full priced. It won’t take my credit card. I finally gave up. I don’t suggest trying this one unless you’ve got a lot of time to kill.

Bummer the knives are all sold out! We were needing a set and a knife set is what my siblings were going to get my brother for his wedding this summer- this would have been a great deal!

on their website the monogram was free for me too but the order would not submit even though I got a confirmation from paypal…I called customer service and she said that the monogram is not free and that is probably why the order would not submit…

Be aware, these sheets only fit thin mattresses. I had a set that I had to return because they wouldn’t fit three of our queen mattresses! They are very nice sheets, but only fit up to a 14 inch mattress. I know that sounds thick, we either own all tall mattresses or they are just small!

They said that on their end, every charge did in fact go through, but the fact that it wasn’t showing up on Bonton’s end shows there was a system error (duh). So I’m supposed to monitor my account for the next 2 weeks–Discover says it could take that long for the charges to come off. And then after that the disputes can begin. Hassle, and no knives. Keep an eye on your statements, or you could be getting charged for nothing!

I was able to get a red knife set. It was actually really fast to order it. I’m excited about this because everything in my kitchen’s red and I was looking at a new knife set for Christmas but never got one. Now if I could just find a good deal on a microwave that’s red. Mine just went out all of a sudden and I’m putting off throwing it out because it might make me cry. LOL After spending so much on it you would think it would last longer than 3 years.
