UPDATE: It appears that orders are now being canceled…darn! 🙁

Wow! I’m not sure if this is a price mistake or what… but currently Amazon has this Joy Non-Ultra Dishwashing Liquid, Lemon Scent, 14 Ounce (Pack of 25) priced at just $1.55 (down from $35.83!) + $8.68 for shipping. That makes each 14 ounce bottle only $0.41! Orders may get canceled, so proceed at your own risk.

(Thanks, Amy!)

It’s at $2.97 now…but still with shipping it’s .44 cents a bottle….I gave it a try – will wait and see if it gets cancelled!

    • Adina

My order got cancelled…..just got the email….

    • Chelle

My order was cancelled! For anyone who is looking for a deal on dish soap, Family Dollar has 14 oz Joy or Dawn 2 for $1. (3/10-3/15) use your Dawn coupons and this is a really good deal!!!!

  2. Christine

Does anyone know the shelf life of dish soap?

    • Bee

      1-2 years before losing potency.

      • Christine

        THANKS!

  3. sarah

. I used some left over money from a giftcard and only paid $5 for this order! i’ll wait and see if it goes through or gets cancelled!

  4. Jessica

I got it for 3.66. Still a worthy deal in my opinion!

  5. Jana

    it’s up to $3.66 now.

  6. Rachel

I’d assume that it would get cancelled.. since it seems like a mishap. I’ve seen ALOT of those lately.. so weird! Really hoping it doesn’t get cancelled, though, since I could really use the dish soap! It clearly states 25, so I’m not worried about them trying to just send 1 or something. It would be so nice to have a good stock! 🙂 Hoping it works!

And I don’t believe dishsoap has a shelf life limit. 🙂

    • Bee

      Could be you are right.

I got my information from an organizing book (not sponsored by a manufacturer).

I’ve never kept the stuff more than about 9 months, so it’s not from personal experience.

I have purchased auto dish detergent that sat in the store too long and it no longer worked. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that it was old and sent me my money back.

But, common sense tells me that everything breaks down if left sitting. Lotions, make-ups, etc. So, I would think while it would still likely wash dishes, it may not perform as well after being stored a long time.

Personally, I am a bit finicky about dish and laundry products. I like to change up scents, etc and not be stuck using the same thing for the foreseeable future. I do think this is a great deal for offices, daycares, etc.

  7. Bee

LOL This brings back memories. It was the only dish soap my Mom would use. Great deal, but I don’t like the non-ultra varieties.

  8. Leigh Anne

I’ve been watching this since last night and I don’t think it’s a price mistake. It seems that the more orders they get it, the price is slowly inching up while the shipping cost is inching down…weird. Awesome deal though!

  9. Rhonda

Price is up to a whole whopping 3.66 now. lol =) I’m game!!

  10. Jill

11.59 total with shipping and tax ($3.66 for the 25 jugs).

If it doesn’t get cancelled I will donate some and give some away since we won’t go through it fast enough before it expires I don’t think BUT good deal and dont’ have to leave the house!!

  11. Deb

Got it for our office…fun having the Corp. AMEX LOL!
    My shipping was $7.93.

  12. LindaB

With shipping, it was $11.59 when I ordered, but still an awesome deal. I may put some silk leaves around the neck with a card saying it is a joy to know them and give some as little gifts for St. Patrick’s Day.

    • Deb

What a cute idea, Linda 🙂

  13. Jana

but, shipping, for me is only $7.93. So, it’s makes them 46 cents a piece. Not too bad for being shipped to my door! especially with these gas prices!

  14. Lydia

Wish it qualified for free shipping with my amazon prime membership… bummer! You KNOW you are addicted to couponing when 45cents for a bottle of dish detergent is EXPENSIVE to you… LOL!!!

    • Cassie

Girl! That is exactly what I was thinking! Hahahaha! Dish liquid is on my ‘do not pay for’ list 🙂

    • Yolanda

Lydia, that is exactly what I was thinking….”You KNOW you are addicted to couponing when 45cents for a bottle of dish detergent is EXPENSIVE to you… LOL!!!”..I’m sitting here debating this deal because of that.

  15. yenay m

    Fingers cross

  16. andrea

I TRIED TO ORDER THIS LAST WEEK WHEN IT WAS SO CHEAP..SHIPPING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY..THEY CALLED YESTERDAY AND EXPLAINED IT WAS A PRICE MISTAKE..AND THEY COULD EITHER CANCEL OR SEND ME ONE BOTTLE FOR THE PRICE I PAID….:(
    GOOD LUCK ON THIS ONE:)

    • Rachel

Yeah, that is kind of what I’m waiting for! Same thing happened with natural carpet cleaning solution. Except they didn’t call… and only sent the people 1 bottle instead of the 6-pack. But this listing clearly states the quantity, so IF it was a mistake, they will probably just cancel orders. Bummer if they do!

  17. laura

I ordered these last night (2 sets) when they were priced at $1.29 each pack of 25. My total was $12.22 after shipping. $0.24 per bottle!! Plus, I had a $10 gift card…so out of pocket (if these really ship) will be $2.22 for 50 bottles!!!!

Thanks for posting this deal ;O)

  18. Shantell Andersen

I bought 75 bottles for $21–shipping doesn’t go up that much the more quantity you buy. I am going to make a cute note about “Joy” and give them to friends and neighbors for Christmas. I only ended up paying .29 cents a bottle! Yeah, hope this goes through, it would be great to have gifts done so early!! Thanks Collin. We love you!

  19. Olivia Smith

Nice, I got it at $3.66! What a great deal… I hope they don’t cancel.

    Olivia

  20. lana2201

Won’t hurt to try. If they come, great. If it cancels, no biggie. I could always use these in gift baskets to college kids, newlyweds, etc or even donate some to my church’s kitchen pantry.

  21. Megan

I bought 50 bottles for $12.22 last night! Hope they don’t get canceled!

  22. michellefoister

I got it for 3.66 and with shipping it was 11.59 approx .46 cents a bottle

    • Laurie M.

This is what I got it for. We’ll see…

  23. Jessica

Someone on facebook posted that it says the shipping weight is only 2 pounds. So she thinks it could just be for 2 bottles, not 25. Then it would be a horrible deal!

    • Riva

      Product Dimensions: 2.2 x 3 x 7.9 inches ; 1 pounds
      Shipping Weight: 2.4 pounds

That’s what i found too on the web link

    • nicole

I emailed the company to make sure we are getting what we ordered and the 2.4 lbs is wrong. I will let you know what they say when I hear. The bottle pictured even says 14 oz. so hopefully we get the 25 bottles.

  24. Cally

Maybe it’s just me, but I always get my liquid dish soap for free. I just got 2 bottles of Gain dish soap for free last night. It was priced at .99 cents (or close to) at walmart and I had 2$1.00 off coupons. Am I the only one? I guess this would be a good deal if you needed the dish soap. I will pass, but thank you for posting. 🙂

    • Rachel

Were the coupons from the paper? Or printable? I’d love to get dishsoap free w/ coupons! The only coupons I find are for $0.25 or $0.50 off, and nothing around here doubles, so I don’t get it even close to free.

      • Cassie

Several P&G Inserts had $1 Gain dish liquid coupons previously and the P&G Everyday Savings booklet had 3 in it too. Also, The lower value dish liquid coupons can be used at stores that double to get dish liquid free. For example, I live in a small town and we have a Freds. They double coupons on Saturdays. Nearly all the small bottles of dish liquid are $0.75 and my $0.50 coupons double to get me free dish liquid and $0.25 overage. I am always ‘buying’ dish liquid so I can get overage!

  25. Cally

Those particular coupons were ones from a deal Collin posted where you were sent a P&G coupon booklet; which included a coupon for $1.00 off ANY gain dish. But I always get my LIQUID dish soap for free (the dishwasher soap is harder to find the deals). Every now and then I get a a good coupon from the paper or printables and combine it with a sale and it’s free unless it says off any then I do what I did last night.

    • Rachel

I hope I get some in the P&G booklet I just requested last week or the week before! I just started couponing, so I’m slowly getting a stock of coupons together! I have been just doing printables, but we are buying the paper now, too, which will really help with stuff like that. Thanks! 🙂

I went to cancel my order for the dishsoap, but it says I no longer can because it is getting ready to be shipped out. So we’ll see if it works!

      • Cally

Welcome to couponing! Every area is different that’s why I asked the question. I get the bulk of my coupons from the paper. I sometimes find $1.00 off coupon in my paper for dish soap. Sometimes I print some really high value coupons online, or from the retailers website/Facebook. I also get really high value e-coupons, but that depends on your area we have Fred Meyer here which does e-coupons (where you load coupons to your rewards card online and it comes off at check out)…I think Kroger does but we don’t have one of those here.

        • MoKeaton

Kroger’s does ecoupons as well, your right. They have an awesome sale on Bounty and Charmin, it’s on sale for $5.98, for 12pck double roll Charmin, and 8 regular roll Bounty, and the ecoupons available on kroger.com is $3 off Charmin, and $2 off Bounty. So $2.98 for Charmin, and $3.98 for Bounty. Not bad since I usually pay full price.
You can also find different coupons than coupons.com on the website couponnetwork(dot)com. They have a different variety than you can usually find.

        • Rachel

Thanks! 🙂 We don’t have any Kroger’s in our area. There is one about an hour away, so I’ve been keeping coupons and watching their ad for a day when the trip would be worth while. We have family down there that we could go see to make the trip worth while on top of couponing. I did have a 50 cents off Ajax coupon, so since they are normally around $1, I got the one bottle for $0.50. Not too bad, it will end up getting me through a few weeks of dishes. Really as long as I have ONE coupon for dishsoap every 2 weeks or every month, I should be able to get free ones to keep me going. I suppose I don’t need a ton of dishsoap since we’re a small family (just 3 of us) and I only do dishes 1-2 times per day.

I do really like the cheaper dishsoap, though.. because the more expensive stuff is thicker, and I feel like I use more of it. My mom waters hers down, but then I feel it’s too watery and doesn’t sit right in the container.

  26. Dorinne

I figured it would be too late to get in on this deal but I went over to Amazon and they had it listed for $3.66 for the 25 pack. I paid just under $12 with shipping. Would be awesome if this actually goes through, seems like they’ve had plenty of time to “fix it” if it weren’t supposed to be that price? I have no idea where I’m going to put 25 bottles of dish detergent because our place is so tiny, but I’ll store them in my office if I have to for that price! LOL

  27. Angela

I also can not get mine for free because I can only get .50 or .25 cents off and we have no stores that double, but I wait until Walgreens has dish soap on sale for .99 cents and use the coupon and get it for around .50 a bottle. About the same price as this is now. I tried to order but it says the vender has pulled the item or is out of stock. They will save the order and if another vender is willing to sale at that price they will email. LOL, I would say the deal is over.

  28. April

    It’s currently unavailable now.

  29. Laury

    Out of stock now

  30. Rhonda

I ordered this…but that “pack of 25” bothers me. SURELY it’s not like 25 1+ oz sample packs???

    • Jana

      says it’s 14 oz. bottles.

  31. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my recent p&g book only had . 25 off gain. disappointing ..I had a large stock pile and now only have 4 left.

  32. Dorothy

    Says its currently unavailable now

  37. stacy

  43. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

  46. Jessica

    Yup, I just got cancelled!

  47. deranged.me

I just placed two orders (50 total) at a delivered price for both of $12.22. My Amazon order page shows that each order is for 25 14-oz bottles of non-ultra Joy.

  48. Adina

    Cancelled here too!! Oh well….

  49. Rhonda

I’m going away for a while now…:)….hate to see all of the posts about how they should honor this!!! & And THEY ARE LOW DOWN DIRTY SCOUNDRALS!!!!! & the likes. It was a fun chance that was an honest mistake. Oh well. Have a blessed day all!!

  50. Jess

Just a tip… if you’re like me and use way too much dish soap, dilute it in one of those foaming hand soap containers, like the one Dial has. Now, I put around 3 tablespoons of soap in with a container of water, pump it to get the foam and use far less soap (while still getting my stuff clean) than ever before. Stretching your products is another way to save money. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I do that to!
