   That’s what I though at first, but then I noticed that there is an option to forward this coupon to a friend, so I’m assuming anyone can use this coupon.

   I am not sure how “rare” this is. When ever I have gone to the outlets they have always given me a 30% off coupon. If someone is not at the door handing them out you can ask for one.

  i can confirm this. the outlet in houston/cypress offers the 30% at the door.
  the place is always crowded! sometimes line out the door.
  since i am not a walking advertisement, i only buy the solid leather/fabric bags ( these always seem to be more % off.) or go to the rack that says addl 50% off clearance price, then pair it with 30% off.
  i have walked out of there with midsize handbags for $40+ at times. definitely better than the $300+ tag.

   I went last weekend with my mom and we were handed a 25% off coupon at the door. We got a medium sized brown leather purse for $95, instead of the MSRP which was $400. 🙂

  I went to the hershey outlets a few weeks ago and they had 30% off and everything on sale! I was a happy girl!

  Ohhh you are kind of near me. I’m in Maryland but 10 minutes away from Pennsylvania. 🙂 I got a purse at another coach outlet once but I don’t really like the selection in their outlets.

  I’ve used one of these at the stores in the mall and they said even though it was for the outlet they could honor it anyway it might be worth a try

  Hi! The Coach stores have a preferred customer discount of 25% anything in the store. I’m not sure how to get on the list. I was in the Coach store last week and lots of people had them. It might have to do with how often you purchase something.

  Thanks Melissa! I just signed up for their mailing list. It would be funny if the preferred customer discount had anything to do with how often you purchase something because I’ve never purchased anything from Coach. 😉

  My Coach store just called and told me there was 25% off until mothers day. Even if you didn’t get the mailer, you just have to mention it and they will give it to you.

   2 outlet stores in Michigan here pass them out at the door!!! And if they don’t just ask!!! 50% off than an additional 30% off the clearance bags are a REAL good deal!!!!

    Make sure when you go to the outlet store you ask to be on their e-mail list. Then you can get these coupons e-mailed to you. A few weeks ago they also sent me an ‘exclusive invitation’ to a coach factory store online sale. I guess they are going to start having these sales online & you have to be on their email list so you can get invited to one.
