    Thanks Colin!

    • Collin

      You are very welcome! 🙂

  2. Kathryn

There was a printable Bic coupon awhile back for $3. Is it still good?

    • Angelgirl102484

Thw qpon is off a 3 pack of disposables! =o(

      • Amber

I used the fbook coupon today and it went through w.out beeping! 🙂

        • Sarah

If the coupon is not for the item you are purchasing, you should not use it, beep or not.

        • Melissa

Please use coupons according to the wording, its fraud using it on something else. I was reading another blog that one of the Extreme Couponers – J’aime I think is her name, will probably be investigated for using coupons incorrectly, just like what you did, although what she did is on a much larger scale, but its still fraud nonetheless.

  3. Brandi

Does anyone know if they will take the $2 Biore cleanser printable along with the BOGO coupon?

    • Shannon

No because you are getting the cleanser free wyb the strips. So you can only use the B1G1 coupon or 1 of the $2/1 cleanser. Hope this helps.

      • Sarah

Actually, if you BUY the strips and get the cleanser free with the BOGO, then you CAN use another coupon on the strips. The bogo does not give you any discount on the strips, it is common coupon practice to use an additional coupon with a bogo. Hope that makes sense.

        • Selene

Still depends on the cashier. My local cashier never lets me use 2 coupons on buy 1 get 1 free deals.

        • muser

May be common practice, but that doesn’t mean it will work. I’ve tried it at 5 different CVS stores and 2 Targets, and have been told “no” every time.

    • Kelly

I have used a BOGO coupon and a $$ off coupon on 2 items. You are buying 2 items, so the BOGO coupon attaches to the first item and the $2 off coupon will attach to the second item. I will be using both tomorrow am 🙂 Basically the BOGO is attached to the free item. And the $2 will come off the “full price” item. HTH

      • Bee

I think confusion is being caused in this instance. The coupon is for getting a free cleanser when strips are purchased. The $2 coupon is for cleanser, not strips. Therefore, using both would actually be using two coupons for the cleanser and none for the strips. It may work, but it is not using the coupons properly. New bar coding that is going into effect everywhere will eventually make it impossible to use a coupon for something except the very specific item (s) in the very specific size indicated.

        • Melissa

I called Biore b/c there was some back & forth when the IP came out and the rep said the coupon would apply to the strips, it cleans the pores. Also, it does say cleanser on the box.

    • Bethany

As I understand it, the BOGO coupon is for Buy 1 Strips, Get a Cleanser Free and the $2 off “cleanser printable” is for a cleanser. I wouldn’t stay the strips are a cleanser, so in order to use the $2 off coupon, it would have to be on the cleanser, which is already “using” the free part of the BOGO coupon. So I would say, no unless the $2 off cleanser printable includes the strips! Hope that helps!

    • Collin

      Hi Tabitha,

The Extra Care Buck deal looks like it’s only available on the Bic Soleil Shimmer variety, so it won’t work with the coupon as the coupons for the Bic Soleil Bella variety.

    • Laura

I think that is just for the Bic Soleil Bella Razor?

Ooops – posting at the same time 🙂

      • Collin

        Great minds think alike! 😉

  4. Andrea

I heard somewhere that there may be a limit of 1 airwick freshmatic kit. So that won’t work if there is. Does anyone know?

    • Amanda A

I just did the airwick deal and it worked just fine for me!

      • Andrea

Do the sales start a day early or something?!?

        • Kathy S

Many CVS stores actually overlap sales on Saturday afternoon/evening. Check with your store for specific times. I did the Airwick deal with 4 (maybe the limit is up to the store?) and I was able to use this past week’s Complete Contact Sol’n and a few other things to get to the save $5 on $40 from Facebook this week. Combining weeks sometimes makes for better deals. You aren’t able to get “Sunday, monday, tuesday only” items until those days those. HTH

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I did the Airwick deal no problem – got 4 of them.

      • Andrea

It was a limit of the 1 10 ECB deal.

BTW the freshmatic kits were only $5.00 at my CVS!!!

    • Elizabeth

so for that rebate, do we just need the 10 UPCs from Kellogs? Not a receipt. I’ve got ten of those in the basement, and the boxes will be empty in a week the way my family goes through cereal.

      • Holly

I think you just need the UPC.

        • Rachel

Thanks for the rebate! What a great deal! It says you submit up to 5 per household! I’ll take $50!

        • Mari

Do we have to be AARP members to do the rebate?

          • Colleen

I called Kellogg’s customer service regarding the $10 rebate and they told me, it is only for AARP members. FYI

            • rachelvw

Where does it say on the rebate you have to be AARP member?

            • shannon

The order form says “for ages 18 and above”

  5. jen

FYI: I hope the Kellogg’s cereals are normal size boxes. The coupons for the Raising Bran says 14 oz larger, and the Rice Krispies ones must be 12 oz are larger.

  6. nina

This is probably a silly question…when you get your print out at the end of your receipt for your ecb’s, do you have to use it all or will it print out with the unused ecb’s? like I got $7 ecb last week do i need to use it all or can I use $4 ecb and use the $3 ecb later? Thanks!

    • Elizabeth

Unfortunately you have to use your ECB’s all at once. Anything remaining will be forfeited. I’ve forfeited .10 in the past, but anything more than that I try to find a filler item (like a .33 carmel at the register).

    • Susan

You can use whatever combo works. You can cut/tear them apart and use them whenever… as long as you don’t let them expire 🙂

    • Susan

Wait… do you mean $7 in one coupon or $ in one and $3 in one or something like that?

      • Elizabeth

Hmmmm, now I’m confused about what Nina was asking. I thought she meant she had 1 $7 ECB and wanted to use $4 of it now and have the remaining print out ($3) on the next purchase.

If you have a $3 and a $4 ECB you can use either the $3 or the $4 or both in a transaction provided you have $3, $4, or $7 in items.

Not sure if I’ve confused you more, but I hope it’s helped some

        • nina

I have one $7 ecb and wanted to break it up. ahhh ok. Thanks sooo much for letting me know. Boo that you can’t break it up!

    • linda

You have to use it all

    • Vie

You can break it up if the cashier knows how to do that. Last time the store manager at my CVS did that by breaking the $7 ecb to two transactions and even used the ecb printed from the 1st transaction for the 2nd one to reduce my OOP :D…he was so nice!

  7. Mitch

Wow, those cereal prices are amazing, I better get my coupons ready for my Sunday morning run to my fav store!
    thanks
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

  8. Amber

Your Nature Made deal says 120-150 ct is on sale, but the deal is for 90 ct. Vitamin D. Is that on sale also?

  9. Stephanie M.

Here’s an even better scenario for the Spend $20 on Participating Lysol, Air Wick, or Finish products = $10 Ecb (limit 1)

The AIR WICK® i-motion FRESHMATIC® Compact is included in this deal. See it here:

    https://www.airwick.us/imotion/compact.html

They are sale priced at $5.00/each. The $4/1 coupons found in the 3/20 SS will work for these because they say “any Freshmatic Starter Kit.” The $4.00/1 printable WILL NOT work, because they are for the Freshmatic Ultra Starter Kits only.

    $5.00 x 4=$20.00
Use (4) $4.00/1 from the 3/20 SS (again, only the insert coupon is valid for this item)
    Pay $4.00
    Get $10.00 ECB
    $6.00 MM!!!!

    • Rachel

Wow! I am going to try it. My store only has 3 of the Ultra kits.

      • Brianna

        Raincheck!

    • Ronni

      Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I used the printable coupons today and I make sure the wording matches the item because I do not want to pay more than I have to and in my CVS paper is says Ultra Air wick I made sure of that and it worked just fine I bought 3 today.

  10. Carole

FYI-You can use the $2 Revlon beauty item coupon at Walmart on clippers and get overage!

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Here’s what I did for tomorrow’s ad today, I bought:
    1st transaction:
2 freshmatic imotion starter kits (all that was left :() $5+$5=$10
    2 lysol wipes 2/$5
2 packs of finish tabs $3+$3=6
some bubbles (unfortunately that deal doesn’t start until tomorrow, didn’t know they were on sale this week and the cash register picks the better of the 2) $1.49
russel stover egg .50 (another deal that doesn’t start until tomorrow)
    3 Special K cereals 3/$10
Milos tea (they only have this in AL)
    3 honest teas $4
    I used
    $5 off $40
2 $4 ANY freshmatic starter kit (not the printable bc that says ultra only, and my store doesn’t have ultra)
    1 $1/2 lysol wipes coupon
    2 .75 finish coupons= 1.50
    1 $2/3 special K products
    3 $1 honest tea= $3
I had about $15 in ECBs
    paid $5.66
    got $15 ECBs back!
    So much fun

  12. bellabimba

Ok. Just got done redeeming some Honest tea from Recyclebank. The good thing is 30 points and you can print 2 of it. So it gave me 2 of $1/1. I have redeemed it 6 times so it gaves me 12 coupons. It stated that limit 4. So Here’s the deal I’m gonna snag tomorrow at CVS. I still have the $5 of $40 from CVS facebook page, so I better use it tomorrow.
    4 Airwick Starter Kit $24
    12 Honest Tea $16
    Total $40
    Coupon Use:
    4 $4/1 Airwick
    12 $1/1 Honest tea
    $4 ECB and $3 ECB
    Total: $0.00
I’m gonna pay only the tax on this transactions. And I’m gonna receive $10 ECB from Airwick and $4 ECB from Honest tea. Now I’m hoping that my CVS has a lot of Airwick, so I wont look around and the$ $5 off $40 wont go to waste. 😀 Happy shopping

    • lilroysmom2

you may want to check the wording on the honest tea coupons because in the first paragraph it says one coupon per item but down below in the 2nd paragraph it says one coupon per customer per transaction. i was bumming because i was really looking forward to free tea

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There is a problem with you scenario. the tea is 3/$4 so you can only use 3 $1 off coupons.

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There are buy 1 get 1 free hang tags at target on the fuze drinks. I saw them up by the registers.

    • Jessica

Vitamin Water 20 oz, Smart Water 1 L, Coke 2 L, Fuze 18-18.5 oz, Honest Tea 16.9 oz 3/$4 = $1 Ecb (limit 4)..has Powerade ago included..i saw it at the store yesterday. The facebook coupons will come handy in case your store has them

  14. Shelly T.

I have a question and I hope one of you couponers can help. I made a mistake on one of my ECB deals at CVS tonight! I bought the wrong size of the Crest Pro-health complete rinse and did not get my $2.50 ECB. I did not notice I had picked up the wrong size in the store because they had already changed their signs over. The size I got rang up at $3.49, so I thought I had the right one. Of course I did not realize this until I got home and they were already closed. Anyway, my question is do you think if I take them back with the ad and show them that I got the wrong one will they let me exchange it for the right size and give me the ECB?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

As Long as you have your receipt, it should be okay.

    • Copi

For sure, it was an honest mistake. If the cashier can’t help you, just kindly ask for the manager. I have made mistakes before and realized later, but have never had any problems with getting them fixed.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks C and Copi! I will go back and see what they do. If they won’t honor the ECB deal at least I can get a refund. 🙂

  15. Brianna

In my 3/20SS, the $1.50/1 Lysol Netra Air coupons are only good for the Aerosol Can, fyi, and the Fabric Mist coupons are only $1/1. Regional, I know, but just a head up.

This is a random question, but CVS related. What would you do in this situation?
Yesterday (Sat) I went to CVS planning on buying the GumEeze flossers, 2 Oral B toothbrushes, and 3 packages of M&Ms. I had a $.75 off GumEeze Q, BoGo & a $1/1 Oral B Q, and a $.25/2 CVS Q & B2G1 Manufacturer Q for the M&Ms. I paid with $2.50 ECB and was expecting to get $2 (flossers), $.99×2 (toothbrushes) ECB back.

I was a bit distracted at check out thanks to an active little one and wasn’t paying close enough attention. When I got to the car, I didn’t check my receipt like I usually do either because my cell rang (doctor’s office). I didn’t notice the error until I got home and was entering my receipt.

The toothbrushes rang up at $3.49 each instead of $2.99. They also did not generate any ECB. Assuming that I bought the wrong kind of toothbrush, I looked at the circular again but it lists “any manual toothbrush”, so I’m not sure why they did not ring up correctly. I was also charged for 5 packages of M&Ms, despite only having 3 in my bag. Those have been eaten, so I have no real proof that I didn’t buy 5 and only bought 3.

My question is, what would you do? I was planning on going back to CVS today anyways for the new ad, but do I point out the error? Since the ad ended yesterday, are they even able to issue ECBs for the toothbrushes? If I just flat out return them, will they deduct the value of the coupon AND the value of the ECBs that I used to pay with? I really have no intentions of paying $3.05 for 2 manual toothbrushes that did not generate an ECB. And what to do about the M&Ms? I like shopping at this CVS and don’t want to be labeled as someone who is trying to cheat the system, and I am extremely grateful for the “good” CVS trips I have had where I have gotten lots of product for little $, so part of me feels like that outweighs this rotten trip.

I would take the toothbrushes back & the ad to see if they will give you the ECBs. If they cannot I would just return them, they should give you the purchase price and not deduct ECB or coupons since they are essentially cash. I would mention that I was charged for 2 M&Ms that I did not receive as well and just ask for the 2 packs I was charged for not $ back on those if they fix the toothbrush problem. Just my opinion. Good Luck!

    • Melissa

I would definitely see if they will exchange the toothbrushes for the correct ones. Since the ECB are based on a numerical code, they should be able to do it just like if you had a raincheck. And I had the same situation happen as you did with the candy. I was charged for 2 extra boxes of granola bars and didn’t realize it at first. I went back a week later with my receipt and had no problem getting the refund for them. The cashier who checked me out originally was there and had there been any question I could have pointed that out. The cashier had received a phone call while checking me out and was leaving for an emergency, so it was a weird situation. Anyway, there was no questions asked for the refund.

Thanks for your encouragement Julieanne and Melissa. I went back today and spoke to the manager, who looked at me like I had 3 heads because the toothbrush I purchased was not the one pictured. He kept trying to convince me that since I had used the BoGo coupon and the wording in the circular stated that it was “like getting it for free” ($2.99 – $2 coupon in most papers – $.99 ECB = “getting it for free”) that I did get the toothbrush for free with the coupon. I finally told him I would just like to return them and got the full value back (I was worried they would deduct the coupons). As for the M&Ms, fat chance of that one, lol. I have to remind myself that not every trip with the drugstore game can go perfectly and things like this are bound to happen, but to look at all of the items/savings I AM getting. Otherwise I’d drive myself crazy 🙂

        • Melissa

I had a similar issue with the toothbrushes last week. I bought 4 and they all had the SAME package look/wording. One rung up $2.99 and the other three rang up $3.49. I only got one ECB, instead of 2. I caught it before leaving the store and spoke to the manager. She was confused as well…the bar codes on the toothbrushes were different! The exact same brand/style with two different bar codes! She shook her head and refunded the price difference and printed out the ECB for me. Maybe that is what happened to you, Rebecca.

    • Joanne

I had a problem with those toothbrushes too!! Only printed one ECB when the limit was 2 and one rang up 2.99 and the other 3.49 the only difference i could see was one was soft and the other was med. Anyway i took the ad and showed them what was going on and they gave me the ECB’s.

Is anyone figuring out a deal primarily for the finish products?!?! Or mostly finish?

  18. Melissa

The lysol neutra air starter kits are included in the lysol deal. They are on sale for $6 and there is a printable $4 off coupon you can use! Great to do if your store doesnt have enough air wicks or you dont have 4 air wick coupons!

    • Erin L.

I did this – the printable is on the Lysol page you need to sign up if you have not already. I bought 2 Airwick + 2 Neutra Air and used 4 $4 coupons. Thanks for the heads up!

  19. Heather

Did your store not have their hangtags up yet?

  20. amochamommy

on the fuze coupons the ounces are 16.9 so I don’t think you can use them for this deal.

  21. Danielle

does CVS do rainchecks and how do they work? like when would I pay/get the product

    • Rebecca

Yes they do rainchecks. You just hang on to them until the product is back on the shelves then use them. Make sure you give the rain check before they ring up the product as they have to put the price in manually. the only restrictions with a raincheck is if you are going to use them with a coupon, you have to do it before the coupon expires.

  22. jen

okay so i was really needing some finish products so i looked up the price at cvs and they are 3 each …now my friend (K) then figured out if u buy 5 and an airwick starter it comes out like this…
    finish — $15 for 5
    airwick starter $5 or 6
not sure if the $4 coupons are good for either
    – 5 $1 off for finish…i have 3 computers
20 or 21 total minus – 9 in man coupons and u get back 10 ecb

  23. babymama1205

on the bic razors i believe it was two weeks ago the coupons came out for 2.00 off in the paper. not sure which one but they were long coupons. those coupons will work for this deal.

now onto the bogo issue with the biore. I don’t get what all the arguing is all the time. First of all if someone uses coupons how they are NOT supposed to they are not gonna get investigated it would fall back on the store for accepting them and at best they are not gonna get their money. MANY stores say if the coupon doesnt beep they will take it. And I want to remind everyone that not but a week ago we all used the gain coupons for the detergent to get them free at walgreens with .11 overage even though the coupon pictured the laundry detergent. We all knew the coupons actual intention was for laundry soap and we used it anyway. So why fuss over the cleanser issue? To me it is no different then using a bogo coupon on a bogo sale. When you think about it you arent actually buying the free one in the store you are getting it free and then using the mf bogo coupon you get the first one free. I think way too many people wanna mince words and are quick to nit-pic and mostly its because they werent able to obtain the same result. Now I don’t get all my stuff free or for tax alone. (sometimes but not all the time) I dont run out and clear a shelp of 60 btls of mustered or cower half my den with 150 plus boxes of pasta but I have managed to cut my grocery bill in just over half. That makes me quite happy. If you dont feel comfortable using a coupon on a certain deal then by all means dont but to basically accuse someone of fraud thats just plain rude.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

AMEN sister…lol…I so agree with you 🙂

    • Nycra

      Completely agree.

    • LuLu

Actually, you can get investigated. go to the cents-off website, they deal with coupon fraud. Mostly counterfeit coupons, but there have been occasional arrests for people using coupons on incorrect items. You might not think nothing of it, but in the end, the manufacturer can refuse to reimburse the store. And what happens then? Prices increase and stores become more strict. Letting a few through by accident, not gonna lie, I have done that. I now take a minute to double check what I have in my basket to my coupons before heading to the checkout. But knowingly using a coupon going against the words it says, isn’t cool. Yes, Fraud is a strong word, but its being deceitful to the store b/c you aren’t abiding by the words on the coupon. I say karma to those who misuse, it always comes back to bite them in the a**.

  24. Sandra

I have a question….Can you use the coupon “buy one Mach 3 disposable, sensor 3, custom plus 3, good news, or custom plus and get one free” with the sale currently at CVS which is “buy 1 get 1 50% off”? Is this a good deal? Thanks for your help!

  25. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Can’t find the Fuze coupon is today’s SS…..could it be regional??

  26. Melissa

My coupons state they are for the Werther’s Original Caramel Chocolates…this sale appears to be on the regular Werther’s candies, not the chocolates.

    Werther’s or Werther’s sugar free 2/$3
Use the $0.75/1 Werthers coupon found in the 3/13 SS
    Final cost $0.75!

  27. Brittany Chao

Unadvertised deal – purchase 3 select coke product receive ECB $1 … I’m not sure what triggered it but I bought (6) 32 oz Powerade @ $1.00 ea and used (3) B1G1 Free coupons. Also purchased (3) 12 pks coca cola, and on the bottom of my receipt I got $2 ECB. Pleasant surprise

  28. Angie

Hi everyone – just wanted to comment that I just went to CVS and did the Special K deal (Buy 3, get 4 ECB – gotta love that cereal!). On the bottom of my receipt, however, it doesn’t say “Offer limit reached” for the Special K deal – instead, it says “Quantity Toward this Reward (3), Quantity Needed to Earn Reward (3)”. Is it possible that even though the ad states a limit of 1 offer per household, that the limit is actually higher? (Only asking because some deals have been this way in the past – limit is actually higher than what is stated in the ad.)

    • Melissa

yes, i was reading another board it is actually a month long deal (til 4/30) with a limit of 5. IDK if the sale 3/$10 is the whole month, or just this week though.

  29. Andrea

I’m wondering if anyone can answer this question. Can you use the Airwick Freshmatic Ultra refills in the Lysol Neutra air dispenser? They had no Airwick ultra dispensers in stock and I had coupons for the Neutra air so I bought it. I’d like to donate it to friend but would like to know (without opening them to try it myself) if they would work. Does anyone know?

    • Amanda H

Yes, you can. I believe it even states that on the product.

Where are the $4.00 coupons for the air wick starter kits. When I went to the links it’s only for $2.00 off?

  31. happy1038

Re: babymama’s comment: just because the front door security beeper doesn’t beep if someone steals an item from walmart; does that mean it is ok to steal that item? It is not ok to let any coupons slide and if you are confused about the picture matching the coupon itself, watch the weeks ‘coffee with collin’ video for clarification because you seem confused.

  32. Valerie

My local cvs store didn’t have any of the Air Wick Fresh Matic. So I registered with lysol.com and i was able to print 4.00 off the Lysol Neutra Air. Hope this helps.

I have a question! Maybe someone can help? I want to do the Honest Tea deal mentioned first on this list but using 3 coupons from recyclebank. I had lots of points and printed out 12, since the limit is 4, can I do it 4 times? Or is the limit 1 ecb on each of the 4 individual ice teas? I would SOOO appreciate your help! Thanks

    • melissa

the limit is 4 deals per card, so 12 teas total.

  35. Maria

Our CVS stores in California has the “Vitamin Water 20 oz, Smart Water 1 L, Coke 2 L, Fuze 18-18.5 oz, Honest Tea 16.9 oz” deal for 3/$3 instead of 3/$4 which means each is only $1 ( and still got $1 ECB back for every 3 bottles purchased — limit $4 ECB of course ..so it’s like we’re paying 3/$2 if you count the ECB)

I took advantage of the points that I’ve earned from Recyclebank to reedem the “$1 OFF One bottle of Honest Tea” coupons. I redeemed 16 coupons (240 points total since we’re allowed to print twice for each offer) to get all 16 bottles for FREE (+CRV). Our family loves to drink Honest Teas! 🙂
