I was able to print it twice but couldn’t hit the back button had to close the coupon window and click on the facebook link again
Same here! When I hit the back button for a 2nd print it says I already printed it. When I closed the window and clicked on Collin’s link again I was able to get my 2nd print! Love this stuff.. so easy to use.
try again. start at Collin’s link and you should be able to print the second one. the bricks.com page is working differently than usual for this q.

Walmart had the dishwasher starter kits clearenced for $4.25. I had some $3 off coupons, so it made it $1.25. Still, $2.50 isn’t bad with the $1.75 off

Big Lots had the quantum refill 2 pack for $2 or a 3 pack for $3, but they don’t accept coupons.—-Great price, though.
Just keep liking and unliking. At first it said I already printed. I kept liking and unliking until it finally let me print two. Don’t give up.

It works if you unlike then like them again. It also said I had already printed them, but after doing that twice I was able to print off two 🙂

had really bad results with this product. we have hard water (even though we use softener salt), will pass even if it was free….hope someone has better luck with it than us!
I agree! We too have had terrible results with this. The packets don’t open up completely and are usually stuck in the door at the end of the cycle. I have just been cutting them open and pouring them into the soap dispenser so I don’t waste them, but won’t be buying this again. Too bad, because what a great coupon!
I’m confused….this product comes in a plastic wrap which you have to cut it out of before using. Once you take it out of the wrapper, it dissolves with the hot water of your machine. If it isn’t fully dissolving, you’ll want to check your hot water levels and/or there could be something wrong with your dishwasher. Not using hot enough water in your dishwasher can lead to issues with the dishes not getting sterilized/clean enough. Worth looking into….HTH
Exactly! Are you using the hotwater wash? You should! My MIL taught me how to properly use a dishwasher – lol. No prewashing by hand, put dishes in dirty, and use the hot water wash. Dishes come out crystal clear, even with my hard water!
This product is the high end version (Quantum)-looks like a plastic rectangular package full of detergent with a red ball in middle. You do not have to cut it out of packaging.
My dishwasher has a few years on it but I don’t have any problems with any detergent. I try not to buy the ones that don’t have rinse agent because that makes a HUGE difference in what the dishes look like at the end. As someone else said, it’s not necessary (and wastes water) to pre-rinse or wash. Just remove large scraps, bones, seeds, etc. My in-laws actually had problems with their brand-new machine because she pre-washes everything. (Why not just wash them in the sink, LOL?) I think the detergent performance is actually diminished when the dishes aren’t dirty enough.
We have hard water as well.
Check the hot water heater temp, although most newer dishwashers have an on-board heater.
I have never looked into my dishwasher and seen the remains of any of these various packets I have used.
Also, you need to make sure your hot water heater is set hot enough. Not only will that enable the packets to dissolve it will also increase the disinfecting power of your dishwasher as well as your clothes washer.
Our water is very hot, so I don’t think that is the problem. The regular tablets, the ones not in the plastic rectangular cover, seem to work just fine. It’s just these more expensive Quantum ones that don’t dissolve completely, and if they do, the plastic is left at the bottom of the dishwasher, which can’t be good for the drain. Thanks everyone for the suggestions though!
I used to have the same problem with my dishwasher with “pac” type detergent. I used a dishwasher cleaner from Walmart (says once a month) then before I start my dishwasher I run the hot water in the sink to make sure the hot water has made it through the pipes and to my washer. I have slow moving hot water (but I too have very hot water) AND I have hard water w/ a water softener system.
If I simply start my dishwasher it fills with cold water up until the hot water reaches it when its basically already full. So I was washing with cold water and that won’t melt the pac’s lol. I love this item…it has made my dishes soooo clean and shinny! When I run out and resort to some liquid store brand on hand (I’m cheap lol) I notice a big difference.
Remember to also run your faucet at your sink on hot, this starts the water in the dishwasher at a hot level right off the bat and doesn’t put in any cold first.

These are BOGO at Publix and Rite Aid this week. I’m not sure about the cost at Rite Aid, but at Publix they are $3.49 each, so it would make them $1.74 each for the 32 count.
So if it’s BOGO, can you use two 1.75 off coupons in one trans then at Rite Aid?

Despite the fact the lip gloss sweepstakes post was completely legit, I made the decision to remove the post due to the fact that many Hip2Savers were accidentally signing up for a subscription of Seventeen Magazine.
I don’t care if you chose to delete some posts, it’s your blog and I appreciate all you do to get us the “hippset” deals and weed out the rest….saves me lots of time…I just don’t want the seventeen magazine subscription….should ahve read the fine print I guess 🙂
Has anyone else noticed that their ‘new’ formula stains any aluminum product, even expensive that was meant to go in the dishwasher that did not stain before? It has literally ruined the looks of my nicer pans that are really, by the manufacturer, preferred to be cleaned in the dishwasher. Cleans great, but I am really aggravated that my good pans look terrible, and I can’t think that can be good for them.
The only aluminum pan I own is a cookie sheet. I don’t even put it in dishwasher. The clad stainless can go in and looks nice when it comes out. Although I still prefer the way the stainless looks when washed by hand with some Barkeeper’s friend.

What exactly is the Quantum? I use the finish gel pacs…but I’m not sure what the Quantum is!!!!
Someone correct me if I’m wrong..but I believe its all you need in one pac. (1) It has what is needed to break up food and grease as well as (2) a cleaner..and the red ball is (3) a drying agent so cut out the liquid you use to fill the Jet Dry dispenser. Its all 3 in one! 🙂

Wow, what a confusing website (Finish’s, not Hip2Save). It looks like Quantum is Finish’s premium brand. They have 3 kinds of tablets/gel pacs. The plastic pouches with the blue goo in the middle are branded under Finish. They also have TWO kinds of tablets. One kind has a blue layer on the top, white on the bottom with a red ball in the middle (if you’re looking down on the tablet from the top it looks just blue and red) – I couldn’t find the word Quantum in conjunction with that one on the website.
They have another kind of tablet that is also red, white and blue but the blue and white are split the other way with a jagged/diagonal pattern (from the top it looks half blue and half white with a red ball in the middle) – that’s the Quantum one.
I have no idea what the difference between the two tablets is or what the significance of the vertical vs. horizontal layers are.
I’ve never paid much attention. But I think it is for the red, white and blue “bricks” in the clear casing. I just tried it once when I had a manufacturer coupon and a Target Web to get the 10 pac for about .37 at Target. I bought the 10 pac (smallest one) just to see how it went and I really liked them. I never once saw a flake of “yuck” dried to my plates or anything. My glasses and cups were pretty shinny. I believe the10 pac was under $3.00 at Target but never checked at Walmart for a price.
OOOH…I see when I googled the pictures that MommySpendsLess is right. There are like a few more clear casing “bricks” that are different in looks..one may have no red ball..but I have no clue what the difference is. I should look next time.

The Dollar General sells the 10 count and some 12 count (bonus) for 2.69. So less than a dollar after coupon.
Got two 10-count packages at Target yesterday. Normally $2.99 each, got them for $1.24 each.
