I have been a member for about two years, and I have not yet received a coupon for a free product. Today’s coupon was for $1 off. Oh well, that’s better than nothing!

I got mine…it wasn’t there last time…I’m 43 with eight children…would love to know the demographics! BTW…i’ve heard if you log out and then log back in sometimes the offers show up then.

I’m 45 with six children. Offer wasn’t there last time but it was today. I wonder if it goes more by home address—i.e. different parts of the country get it at different times. I’m in the midwest.
I’m 36 with four children and I have never once received a free product. I have received a few coupons for $1 or $1.50 off items. I always went back and reviewed the product. Still, I haven’t received an offer in months! This one wasn’t available either. I wonder how they determine these things.
Never any offers, never any coupons. I guess I should try logging in every day just to see if I get anything.

oh yeah, and it always tells me my password is wrong – so i have to request forgotten password, and even though that is the same as what i hand type… i have to copy and paste it – both my name and password or it doesn’t recognize either!

I never get offers or coupons either
I signed up last time around when the offer was for a free bag of Kraft Touch of Philly shredded cheese. I received my coupon for a free bag in about 3 weeks. I also got the offer for the deli fresh combos and sandwich combos. Kraft actually sent me an email to alert me that I had the offer available! I’ve been really pleased with the results so far!!

I agree! I’m very pleased w/ Kraft!!! I signed up about 6 or 7 months ago and have gotten about 10 different offers. =)

BTW, you have a better chance of getting the offers if you go in and do the surveys. And if you do get an offer, don’t forget to go back and complete the survey that they set up for after the offer.

Is there any way to know the coupon value before you print?
If you’re offer if the freebie they will mail it to you. Printed ones are usually $1 off or more.
I get most of the offers and loads of free items from them! If it isn’t there the day it is posted here or elsewhere it is usually a few days later. I’m 37, with 1 child. I do make sure that I always go back to answer the survey on the products that I get. Not sure if that helps or not.
I have received offers from them in the past but still nothing on this product. Kinda bummed, my daughter would love these!
I’ve filled out all the survey’s and I have only received one offer back in August 2010. To be honest, I have all but forgot about Kraft First Taste. There are many other companies that do a better job of providing offers to their customer base, therefore creating more buzz and loyalty for their products 🙂
I agree. They’re doing a very lousy job. I can’t understand the logic behind the way Kraft makes these offers. Some people get it all the time and others noting not even a 1$ coupon! I’m not single. I’m married and have three kids with one on the way so they should be interested in me lol since I buy a lot of food.

I get all of the offers for free products. I am 48, stay at home, married with 2 adult children. But I always make sure that I fill out the surveys and I make at least one comment on each product. I agree that the people with 7 or 8 kids deserve the free products more than me. I have never seen a coupon on the site though. Where do they hide them?

i never get any free offers, just coupons. disappointing that some get freebies regularly while some just get coupons or nothing at all. wonder how that works.

I never used to get the offers either and then I started logging on when I first heard an offer was posted and then took all the available surveys and posted a comment here and there. Now I get each one but it’s usually about 3-5 days after it first hits. I’m 40 with children 5 and 3 and live in the Midwest. Hope that helps

Nope, no offers for me either. 🙁 This would be a great deal, too. My dauhter eats lunchables almost everyday. She’s such a picky eater, this is the one thing she will eat for lunch with consistency. I hope one comes soon…

Yay! Last time you posted this I didn’t have any offers but I checked again and I was able to snag it. Last time I had surveys they wanted me to complete on products I received free coupons for in the past. I did those and I’m wondering if maybe that is why I was just now offered this.
