you do have to go instore to pick up the rewards, but i believe you can use the $5 off online..but it is worth it..i used to work there and my dd 4 is hooked on Godiva..it is her treat when we go to the mall..so once a month, she gets to pick out her own piece and it costs me nothing.
Can’t use the $5 off and the free shipping at the same time. Bummer

The free 2 piece boxes are always available when you’ve spent $10 the previoius month ($9.99 doesn’t count either). You need to ask about this one cause at my store they never automaticly give this to me. Great program, even if you just register and get the free piece each month!
the free shipping reward expired feb 02 2011 for me .. is this the same for others?

You just go in, show them your rewards # and ask for your free piece of chocolate. I’ve done it a couple times ; D
You can sign up in the Godiva Store and they will give you a rewards card. Good for 1 pc of Godiva Chocolate each month 🙂
My rewards are:
Free choc for month of June and $5 off Order Total for online only.
Go into the store and tell them that you are a rewards member. If you forget your card (I use the key fob one) they can look you up by phone number. Your free piece of chocolate is also good on their truffles as well as the usual candy, excluding the larger turtle and peanut butter cup styles.
You will need to tell them that you are eligible for the two piece. I have never had a problem and it’s a great rewards program – nothing beats free chocolate, except for free coupons!! 🙂
I used both codes and got the Green Milk Chocolate Lollipop for $1.08 shipped!!
You can use both the $5 off and the free shipping. Your chocolate order has to be at least $5 for them to both work. I just got my 2 year old daughter the milk chocolate lollipop for $1!! She loves to check the mail, so when she realizes that its mail for her and chocolate she is going to be so excited! Thanks Collin!!
I am a rewards member but never go to claim my free chocolate anymore. The ladies that work at the store here are always rude when you don’t buy anything 🙁 Discourages me from going.

Collin. Thanks for posting this and to Terra for letting you know! I have not logged in in a long time as I usually just get my free chocolate once a month when I am near a boutique. Today I did in fact have a $5 off any order and the free shipping. Looks like the free shipping is left from when I first signed up in September of last year. I just never used it. Today I ordered the Orange Milk Chocolate Lollipop for a little something with hubbys Father’s Day gift. Paid $1.06 to have it shipped to my door! Thanks again!!

I just registered for a new account and instantly got all 3 rewards. I ordered the caramel pecan brownies and had them sent to my dad for father’s day. The total came to just $17.83 after free shipping and $5 off. It would have cost over $31 w/o the codes so that seems like a great value to me.
Oh this sounds fun! Too bad we don’t have a Godiva store near by. Have fun chocolate lovers! I’m envious 🙂

Thanks for posting this. I got the email a few days ago about the $5 off and erased it thinking they won’t have anything for cheap but they did!! I got a chocolate popsicle. I go to Godiva usually once a week to get chocolate covered strawberries so I also have a free 2 pc. box. Yay!!!
I wanted to tell you about another email rewards program. It’s for Vera Bradley. If you have a Vera Bradley store or outlet store and go in the store and sign up for their email and catalog they will send you via email a $20 off $75 and for your birthday they will send a card that says $20 off $20 or more purchase.Also, when you recieve the catalog there will be another $20 off $75. I love our new outlet store here in Orlando. I don’t think you’ll get the $20 off $75 unless you sign up in store because my mom didn’t get one when she signed up online. I love your site!! godiva has been my favorite chocolate for 15 years. there is no comparison, I cannot even stomache a normal candy bar anymore. the best deal i ever got was 50 dollar gift cards at costco for 19.99. I bought 10 of them, and we were in godiva heaven for a very long time. I just used mine and hubs rewards to buy the ice cream truffle assortments, very excited to try them. My favorite piece is their white chocolate ganache and hubs is the dark chocolate truffle rolled in dark chocolate powder. My children love the white chocolate raspberry starfish
I just signed up for Godiva Rewards online. I see that I have 3 rewards available (Free June 2011 chocolate, free shipping & $5 off)…but I don’t see the codes. I added the chocolate lollipop to cart, then check-out…I don’t see $5 off or free shipping applied. Please help!

When you get to checkout once you are on Step 5 (Order Review & Payment) there is a area for Promotion Codes. There you can click
Select a promotion below OR
Enter a promotion code and click “Apply Promotion” to update your order.
Apply One-Time Free Shipping on one order – Online
Apply $5 Off Order Total – Online Only
and it applies your coupon codes.

Now that I signed up ordered my lollipop, does anyone know if they will send me a physical rewards card? For those of you who signed up online previously
I know it’s very backwards, but from my experience, you would have to bring your sign up info (email, ph etc) to the store and than they’ll create a card for ya. Quite unusual, but for a free chocolate each month, I thinks it’s worth it. HTH 😉
I use to live very close to a Godiva Boutique and loved stopping by there for their chocolatey drinks and get my Free Treats. I miss it! I loved these rewards!
I just signed up and was able to use both free shipping and $5 off right away. I got the dark chocolate heart biscuit gift pack for $3.71 including tax and shipping.
Yay I scored the orange pop for $1.06 too!
Hmm… it says I have a free shipping offer, but on Step 5 the choice isnt there to pick, only the 5.00 off…
Anyone know why?
