That happened to me and then I realized it was because I used my FB alias which does not include friends (I don’t like spamming my friends if I can help it). Anyway, to test the theory, I added one friend and “Voila!” – worked like a charm!
I don’t either – since the only thing they ask is birthdate, it must be age related…? Or maybe location since I entered my address, too. Weird.

Make sure you out something in line 2 of the address or it will say you are not eligible 🙂

My daughter and i both tried to get the sample. She is 20 years old and I am 45 years old but neither of us qualified. Maybe its geographical.

I got one, in order to get one you have to put your full adress in both line so I put the number of my house on the first line and the street on the second line and it works.
Ah Hah! Got it! I didn’t qualify at first, but after reading through comments on their wall it seems that you need to fill in both address lines. I just typed my street address into both lines. HTH

Okay, you HAVE TO TYPE YOUR STREET ADDRESS IN BOTH SPACES ON THE FORM. Only then will it go thru!

I used my birthyear 1981 and did not work- I changed to 1990 and it DID work!!!
Info on wall says to fill in BOTH address lines—just did it and it went through!!
I went back and tried again, it took about six tries, but I finally got it.
They just posted that there was a glitch.

After reading comments on here I went back and entered my address in BOTH address lines and it finally went through. Thanks to those you advised us to do so 🙂
Wella just posted that they fixed their FB glitch. It’s open for all US citizens over 18, so try again if you didn’t get it.
I used my real BD and it didn’t work.lol I used alot younger(1980) then it worked. But..if they need to get people in certain ages, let us know ahead of time!
