I got all the way through to logging in and submitting and then it said “service unavailable”. I have no idea if it accepted it or not. crazy
so frustrating! service unavailable or it tells me I can’t view the page due to my secure internet connection!! WTH?

Complete FAIL! for me the whole way through. I got “Service Unavailable” several times, then when I went to LOG INTO my P&G account it gave me a message that only one REGISTRATION is allowed per household? I was trying to log in not re-register.
The site is running very slow. But hang in there. I just got mine & it took me 24 min to get it.

I got the same message that only one per household per quarter. This same thing happened for the head and shoulders post. Is everyone else getting these when they are trying to get the samples?

The site is running really slow. I opened up 3 windows to see which one would come in first. One said I was on a secure browsing (which I’m not)..and the other 2 worked. But once you click something..don’t touch anything. Its just running slow and will eventually load. Don’t hit refresh/reload or F5. Just wait it out.
I think the 6,000 that Ketsy was referring to was at the bottom of the P&G log in screen you will finally get to. At the bottom of the box says they have 6,000 to give away.
