it happened to me. after a little web searching i found another code. “ycollege”. that one works.
i had a problem with this promo code. i designed my items and was checking out, but it would not go through with free shipping. i called customer service and they said DAYLIGHT was the code for 15% off, but was not good for clearance items. did anyone else have this problem? HELP ME! i designed my daughter a backpack/lunchbox for her first day of kindergarten that she’s in love with. 🙁

Yep me to, when adding the name – will not take the discount off at first it just said 15% off now nothing. That code is doing some strange things. With just the lunchbox no name it gave me free shipping tho.

I ordered a backpack and a lunchbag in Blue camo, 6/24/11. For whatever reason, they shipped in different boxes… I received the lunch bag on 6/28/11.
I have now called them three times looking for my backpack, which they keep saying is in Carol Stream Illinois facility and it should be delivered the next day. Sorry, not buying it, Carol Stream is an hour from McHenry, even with the Holiday it does not take an extra week and a half to get here… The latest is, I have to wait until tomorrow because they want to make sure it is lost before they send out another one!
People it is a $15 backpack that is lost! I don’t think I will ever order from this company again, the hoops you have to jump through in order to receive your product that is lost is unbelievable!
Although i was thrilled with this deal I will NEVER order from them again. I order my daughter a rolling backpack and lunch pail when we got the backpack there was no handle to roll it with. After talking to them and them pretty much thinking I am crazy they said they would mail be a return label MAIL IT you cant email something nope gotta wait a week for that then I get it in the mail and somehow they manage to not get it till 3 weeks later RIGHT!! Now its been a few more days and they still have not mailed out the replacement I am very upset with this whole process
Just wanted to follow up on the lunch bag I ordered for $6.99 shipped – My daughter used it on Monday for the first day of school, and the nylon threads on the strap are pulling apart and the zipper is broken on the pouch. I called customer service, and since they are out of stock, she offered 1.) $1.70 refund or 2.) Return for full refund. Because the purchase price was a great deal to begin with, I opted for the $1.70 refund. I wouldn’t order from this company again though 🙁 And, I would definitely not pay the current price of $20.00 for their lunch bags.
