not tryin to be cranky but…… It’s killing me they r trying to play this off as their 1st fb giveaway. I think we all know PnG has had plenty of these with the same problems. Just cuz it is Pantene doesn’t make it a new ballgame. I think all these problems really have to do with fb tho.Proct n Gam is a big company so I would think their IT would fix anything before hand on their end. Am I nuts 4 thinking this??
i kept getting service unavailable to but kept refreshing page till i got to the form to fill out address, took a while but finally got through and filled form, then got service unavailable again, didn’t know if it went through but I did get an email confirmation that they received and i will get my coupon in the mail

I really wish companies would stop doing these promos through FB. FB has so many problems with these things and it’s not fair to other people, when someone’s computer can handle the facebook issues and another computer cannot. Companies need to just do this on their own servers.
You know what… screw this… I’ve been trying for 30 minutes and it’s just not worth it anymore. This is the sort of thing that really makes me hate a product BIG TIME!
Really? The company is trying to do something good, and it is just not turning out how it had planned…God knows a lot of things I plan do not turn out how I thought they would, so I think we should give them a break!
The problem is… it’s not fair to everyone. Some people online at the same time get the free products, and yet other people online at the exact same time and trying hard for half an hour do not. It severely wasted my time and for NOTHING, and that is what I hated about this BS the most. How many other people had their time wasted as well? Companies need to stop using facebook… it does not work well. Not one iota.

I’ve tried SO many times – I got as far as allowing the application, but that’s it. Constant “service unavailable” message. I’d rather lose out due to them being gone, then see the problems they’re experiencing.
It’s kind of funny because people keep saying how they’ll steer clear of Pantene after this, etc. Yet, I keep thinking to myself “I’m going to think of this aggravation every time I see Eva Mendes”…. [most times, she’s all that’s loading on my screen, lol!]
