  Kelsey, get anything that’s free or a moneymaker. That way you break even with the +Ups and with your $3/$15 it’s even better! You can always donate toothpaste and toothbrushes or hair care products and the like. I’ve had to do this, buy things I neither want nor need, in order to use my rewards and get an equal amount back. On a side note, I used to get the survey receipts all the time, and I haven’t had one in forever. Are they giving out less now? Just wondering! Good luck with your shopping this week!

  I found that when you dont use your wellness card the survey usually prints for a new one. My son knows to give me his receipts when he goes for something although doesnt seem to remember to use the wellness card lol. Worth a try he usually only purchased pack of gum or candy bar and it still prints.

  yup thats what I did last week, I bought sunscreen and splurged on really good nail polish (Essie brand) so buy somthing you need or splurge! I think it’s a skip week for me 🙁 Oh well some free time 🙂

  You could always purchase things like: milk, juice, food that you might need, toilet paper, etc. Add the manufacturer coupons too and you will end up with very little OOP to pay.

  I too, have a $3/15 that will exp Monday, along with $11 in UPs. I kept looking at the ad, looking at the ad, waiting for something to pop out at me…but nothing was appealing. I finally set the ad aside and while doing laundry, figured out that doing the P&G deal on the 1st page is my best option –

  $30.00 – 4 Tide Stain Release tabs and 1 Downy @ $6 each
  – $3/15
  – $11 in UPs
  – $12 (4 $3/1 Tide Stain Release q’s, 6/5 p&g)
  – $1/1 Downy (7/3 p&g)
  = $3 and tax

  If you want to roll your UPs for next week I would buy 2 Crest and 2 Gillette razors. You could always donate them. You will have $14 in UPs for next week:) Or buy something that you need that rarely goes on sale or just really want!!

  I needed to use some ups this week , so I used them to pay for pictures I had been meaning to get prints made for the last month! If you are like me, you will have plenty of pictures waiting on your memory card to be printed!:)

  Regarding your Up Rewards, You could buy sunday newspapers. or if there are any rainchecks you cud buy that stuff.

  $3/15 to my knowledge they accept expired one for couple of days. Please check with your riteaid as it is store coupon they may have grace period to accept the coupon.

   I am a Rite Aid newbie and it’s pretty overwhelming! At my store the John Frieda Full Repair are 7.29 each, so after the Buy 1 get 1 50% off, the second one is less than $5. Can I use 2 of the $5 coupons since one will be less than the coupon amount?

  If they notice and know to do so–they will mark the second coupon down to half of 7.29 (what is that? 3.65 or so?)–but they probably won’t notice or know to do that.

   I just printed both Qs for OFF and the mani says it’s for an area item specifying “Powerpad, outdoor fogger, candle, or mosquito coil” The video value says “deep woods off dry, 4oz” So it doesn’t look like they stack.

  The $3 coupon is for Tide STAIN RELEASE. The size of the regular powder detergent doesn’t match the size of the powder stain release.

   Collin, I was just at Rite Aid, and the Crest Pro-Health For me is not on sale for $2.57 and will not generate 2 UP+ rewards. Thought you would want to know. All the other deals worked out great though, Thanks so much! 🙂

  I noticed the same thing and even tried scanning it. I don’t have the ad with me, but the “for me” version is not a size included in the sale. I think 6.0 oz Crest toothpaste packages are included in the sale, but the “for me” is a 6.2 oz size. (Either that, or the other way around.)

  The same for me. Since it wasn’t marked as being part of the sale, I had them scan the item.

  You can use the $1/2 Crest toothpastes 4.0oz + or liquid gel coupon for 2 toothpastes and pay $0.14 for both of them.

  Yeah, I had the same problem. The For Me is 6.0 oz and the sale is for Crest in other sizes. However, I got some toothbrushes and at my Rite Aid some of the 3D White toothbrushes come in boxes with $10 of coupons and free sample of white strips 🙂 I got those same ones last time, which I where I got the coupons to use for this sale, and then I got more!! So I still made some money on the deal and got more coupons to use again. Nice deal!

    The Nutella is on the last page of the ad 2/$5 and there is a Video Value coupon for $1/1. $1.50 is a really good price for Nutella!

  A show on the Cooking Channel just showed a recipe for Nutella. Take a waffle, spread with Nutella, add sliced banana, drizzle w/ syrup and fold for a Breakfast Taco. I will have to try it. Sounds yummy! …..Thanks for the great weekly deals!

  Hey that is a good deal…. who would have thought to find such a deal on this and in RA of all places? Might wanna consider adding this to the list ;-). I am a big fan of peanut butter on my morning toast, BUT considering that Nutella is bursting with hazelnuts (which are expensive in the US) and we here at H2S are always looking for new and interesting recipes… trust me this makes killer desserts. 🙂 Check this out for a little fun inspiration:

    Just an FYI, the Crest For Me toothpaste coupon is not usuable on the deal you have listed here, or in the store. The coupon is only for the FOR ME toothpaste and the store does not have it on sale. Just got back from there and was bummed. 🙁

    I bought two Crest for Me toothpastes and had the two $1.00 off coupons to go with it. I did not get the +up’s for these two items, although I got +up’s for other items. Has anyone else had this happen? I am going to return these two items, because I would not have purchased them had it not been for the +up’s.

    On a positive note. I love you Collin, this site has brought so much to my life. No only savings, but good way to destress, when things are stressful. When your mind is on this stuff, you can’t focus on anything else.

  Another note about some previous comments, the regular Pro-Health toothpaste is on sale for $2.57, not the “FOR ME” stuff. You can still use $0.75/1 Crest 4 oz. or larger from the June or July P&G. You’d be better off using the $2/1 Oral B Advantage toothbrush from the July P&G on this deal though. Then you’re paying $0.57 and getting $2.00 back!

    Hi all!
    I have my first Rite Aid horror story to report today and I’d appreciate any advice. Well, I gathered my items and headed to my cashier to check out. I asked her a question regarding the ad which showed Venus Embrace razors were included in the $5 +up reward deal, but on the shelf, there was no sale sticker. She offered to ring it up first separately, so I would know and could even use the register reward for the rest of my purchase, sounded good so I agreed. It DID print the $5 +up reward. She then scanned my card again and began ringing up items. At the end, I saw a larger figure than I expected, $77 but figured I must have been mistaken so I handed her my $40 Nivea +up reward and that $5 Venus razor reward. She asked to see my wellness+ card again and had to re-scan it and then tried to add them, but the register reported that I had to add $1.36 more to use the reward so I added a $6.49 item. Everything seemed fine, then she told me I could use more rewards so I handed her another $15 in rewards. Then, my total o.o.p. was $34. I paid knowing something wasn’t right, but had a line of angry people behind me. I walked outside to the car, saw that neither the $40 nor the $5 rewards were scanned on my receipt. I went back in and talked to the cashier who was also the Asst. Mgr. She agreed and called the Manager who told me to come back to see her tomorrow. The cashier/asst. mgr. apologized to me and said she doesn’t know what went wrong, she checked and the rewards were deactivated. So, I spent $35 o.o.p. and lost $45 in =up rewards. She gave me back all of my deactivated +up rewards a total of $60 and told me that if the manager refuses to fix it to go to district manager. Question- Am I out of luck here and out of $45 or is there a chance the manager may credit me for the rewards? Any ideas. Thanks.

  I would contact Corporate and tell them the story. I had a similar story with my +UPs and corporate immediately had resolved it, plus the district manager contacted me. Over the 2 + years, I have several problems with Rite Aid, but I have to say, they have resolved it when I called Corporate. Good luck.

    Hi there! Can anyone please tell me where in the Rite Aid insert is the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power or Manual Razor deal? I am afraid is not on mine. On page 8 there are two deals involving Gillette but nothing as stated… 🙁 Not the first time this happens to me with the regional deals of RA.

  In my Rite Aid ad it’s located on the front page, middle left. It says Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power or Manual Razor, Venus Embrace, Proskin or Spa Breeze Razor. YOU PAY $9.97, -$2 MQ in most Sunday papers, $5 +UP reward. “It’s like paying $2.97 w/Wellness+ card. I hope this helps. Happy 4th of July!

    Not sure what is going on with Rite Aid lately,but this is the third week in a row I did not receive an +up reward for something.With the double-dip on the coppertone and Jergen’s Natural this week,I decided to finish off the skin care deal for the 15 +up wyb $50.I had 15.98 to start from prior purchases,and bought 3 of the coppertone.I receive 20% disc,so they were 7.99 ea. for me,which brought my skin care total to 39.95,and received the 10+up for the 3 coppertone.So far,so good.Next transaction-(wanted to make sure the coppertone credited correctly first)-I bought 2 of the Jergen’s natural glow at 7.19 ea,which should have made my skin care purchase over the 50 mark,therefore qualifying for the 15+up,plus 5 for the purchase of the 2 Jergen’s items.I only received the 5 +up,and NOT the 15,and my skin care total on my receipt now reads 30.36.I am completely dumbfounded and do not undestand why the amount went down and not up,or why the 15 up did not print.I will be contacting cust service first thing after the holiday,just not happy I have to wait that long to find out why.

  Hey, I feel your pain. My friend and I are thinking that when Collin does these write ups, they can be different than other parts of the US. I live in the same little town Collin does and my friend and I run into this constantly so we have finally decided it must just be different everywhere. I live 30 mins away so it makes it a big drag to get there and not get the deals I am hoping too, AND the stuff sells out the first day usually. I know she has a couple helpers helping her so maybe they are writing it up from their town. Just a thought.

  Actually, I write up the store deals each week based on the ad scans that I find online so they are not based on my local store. Unfortunately, you are correct in that there can be regional differences which can make it frustrating. 😀

    On the Gillette Venus, Mach 3, Sensor 3, Custom Plus Disposable Razors 2-4 ct. up rewards deal can I use the $2.00 off coupon AND the Buy one Venus disposable and get one satin care shave prep free coupon (I believe this coupon is from the previous P&G insert, not 7/3)? Which if i understand correctly I would be getting the razors and the shave prep for $2.99 after coupons and up rewards.

  They may not take it if it’s a Catalina coupon. Even though it may say manufacturer at the top, the Catalina coupons tend to be store-specific with few exceptions.

    I was just wondering when it says (limit 2 offers) for example I’m talking specifically about this one.

    Pampers Jumbo Pack Diapers or Easy Ups $8.97
    Use the $1.50/1 coupon from the 6/5 PG
    Pay $7.47
    Get a $2 +Up Reward (limit 2 offers)
    Final Cost $5.47!

    that means I can only buy 2 packs of diapers at a time to get this offer? and then I will get a total of $4 in +Up rewards?? and then I can turn around and use my up rewards on anything in the store? and the Up rewards print at the bottom of your receipt right so I need to save my receipts? Someone helps please!!
