I never received mine either. And I did it quite awhile ago.
This offer is to print off coupons. I had one a few years ago and it actually specified Sample Box. this one does not say anything about a sample box. I keep crossing my fingers for it to come back because it was great!
I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, all I keep getting is the coupon offers also. I used my translater toolbar and never found the sample box.
I headed over to the site and registered but I can’t see where to request the samples. I found coupons and recipes and an opinion poll but nothing about samples.

I can speak and read some Spanish,only found the bar to register for coupons and samples.i did not see any coupons.

Can’t remember, but I think if you get to your profile on that page, you can add your mailing address. Not sure if it makes a difference as my mailing address is added and I’ve never received anything.
