No kidding!! They really overinflated some of their “original prices” quite a bit!
Yeah seems their “regular price” is much higher than most places… that said the sale price is still a good deal!
Wow! These are great prices. This is the perfect way to shop early for local holiday Toy Drives. Some amusement parks offer free admision with a unused toy/game during the holidays too!
Some are good prices – and some are terrible! Their listed regular prices are so inflated as to seem almost fraudulent. The Hasbro Tonka Chuck and Friends toy is shown to be originally priced at $79.99. The original price on Amazon is $49.99! I’m assuming that for some of these toys, the 75% off was only achieved by making up a ridiculous regular retail price.
Yes, $4.97 for the Monopoly U Build game is a great price – but the same game can be had on Amazon for $8.38, with free shipping with Amazon Prime. Plus, Amazon lists the regular retail at $19.99. Not $47.99! Even if there was something here I wanted, I think I’d boycott this site based solely on the insulting “original” prices listed.
You’re right–the shipping costs kill the deal when you can get free shipping on Amazon

I am originally from an area that had a Bon-Ton. Yes, their prices on non-clothing items are often inflated because they regularly have store coupons and “Huge” sales to get people through the door!
