When I put in the code it said: “code expired July 27, 2011” which is today…:( makes no sense to me.

The code was only good until 1pm ET, so if your order wasn’t processed before then, it’s too late. But don’t worry. It’s July. We’ve still got 5 months until Christmas to get good deals for our gift stash.

i tried ordering the Rugrats ( my child’s favorite) Jack and the Beanstalk movie,..,I used the promo code and it said it expired today BUT i did call their 1 800 264 5076 Option 1…i talked to a very nice lady and explained that i had a $5 promo code that did not want to go thru..she placed the order for me…she said their system was having problems.i paid $1.73 for a dvd 🙂
I placed an order for a train dvd for my son. it was 4.65. When I placed the order and confirmed it it said that I was getting charged .99cents but when I got the conf email they charged me the full price 🙁 I called the 800# and she said that she couldn’t do anything right now but as soon as it ships I need to call back and they will credit my cc $5. She put a note in my account so they won’t give me any problems when I do call back. She was really nice.

Be careful they charged me full amount to the credit card. I email them 4 times . They don’t have a ph no and even try to cancel it online and it gives me a message that I can’t do it.
