    What does this mean?

      Once you receive your voucher from Saveology, you have 60 days to redeem it for the gift card. The redemption instructions will be on the voucher; follow those and the gift card will be mailed to you!

    I wonder why they offer these really good deals only to 1st time buyers? They should offer these to customers that have already bought from them too! I guess they are just trying to get more customers on board 🙁

    I purchased this deal last time it was posted. Good thing it was posted again, because I had not “redeemed” mine yet. What this means is that you must sign into your Saveology account the next day, look at your deals, and click the print button. For me, that just opened up a .pdf file that contained directions on how to redeem your gift card. There is a Voucher# and a web address that you must go to to fill in your shipping information. HTH!

    I bought this last time and redeemed it. It took several weeks before I finally received my actual gift card in the mail, though.

    I got this deal the last time it was offered. Within a week I received a gift card for Dunkin Donuts. (and there isn’t any DD locations in my state) I called immediately and was told I could keep the DD and they would send out the Subway card. It’s been about 2 weeks and I have’t received it yet.

    I bought this last time. When my gift card came in the mail, I was surprised to see that it was for Dunkin’ Donuts, not Subway! I would’ve been totally fine with that, except there aren’t any Dunkin’ Donuts in my area! So I contacted customer service – they told me to keep the Dunkin’ Donuts card and that the Subway card would be on its way. Now when I go visit my sister in Dallas, I can get us some yummy donuts! (Our attempt at healthy eating never works out when we’re together…)

    I got my card, but it was empty. I called and they said that they would have it taken care of by 3pm that day. When I checked the balance online, it said $10. Unfortunately, multiple calls have not taken care of the problem. When it gets swiped at the register it gets denied. I called again today. Has anyone actually used their card and been successful? If it doesn’t work today I guess I’ll be asking for my money back. 🙁

      I am also wondering if anyone used their card from last time successfully. The company even said there were problems with them. I am afraid to try yet!

      Jessica, when I first received the card I too found the card to be empty, so I did contact the company as well, and they said it was to be done the next day. I went to the subway site and checked to see how much was on my card and it said $10. I have not went to use it again since then. I’ll have to let you know.

    I would not recommend getting any deals through Saveology. They are a huge pain in the neck. Nothing ever goes smoothly. There have been a LARGE number of complaints against them. Not worth it, in my opinion.

    I, too, received a Dunkin Doughnuts card during the last Subway deal. I have emailed, but haven’t heard a reply. Do any of you all still have the customer service number? Thanks!

    Never receive the card after paying. Received an email saying they were having problems. Someone else I know did not receive either and got same email. Still trying to fix this.
