    hey, for those having trouble, instead of using collins link, just go to Facebook, search Wendys, then like them and click on their wear the beef tab. Mine worked when I did it that way. Hope this helps! Enjoy your free tees! 🙂

    I also had to submit it twice to get “Submission Successful”.
    Got the red “where’s the beef” for hubby in large…no x-large choice. Hope it fits!

    I used IE. Answered the last question, and got the form. I got an error twice when I submitted, then I unselected the mailing sub, then it went through. 🙂
