I need some help. The reviews are mixed on what size to actually buy. I wear a 7.5 and was wondering if a 8 would be fine. I heard you need to go up a whole size, I heard you just go up a half size and I heard you need to go down a size???? What to do!! Anybody that has bought these before!

These are REALLY good quality. I have had mine for 3 years. They run slighty big.

I used to work for Famous Footwear and we carried a lot of Bearpaws. I ended up buying an 8 (I normally wear 7.5) because an 8 felt comfortable in the store in the several styles I tried on. However, I should have gone with 7, as I didn’t account for: 1. the suede outer stretching a little over time, and 2. the shearling inside eventually not being as “fluffy” (it will eventually become slightly matted).
I wear anywhere from a 6 to a 7. Wondering if those sizes are available??
DANG IT! I JUST bought some of these at Fred Meyer, they were on sale for $59.99, the lowest I’ve seen them, and there was an apparel/shoes coupon in the paper. Argh!
I got mine at a Big Kahuna Outfitters clearance sale last year for $18.99. They are the same brand and color as the one in the photo, but the height is a little different.

HA Me too!! I was just coming back to comment that! I had been trying the chocolate in 10 (no discount). So after reading more comments, I figured I should go a size down, not up so I put the size 9 in my cart and got the discount and free shipping. Maybe only some sizes are handled by amazon?
My experience is to go a little bigger with this brand, especially if you are wearing any sort of thicker sock.
I’d love to order these, but I’m so scared by all the sizing comments – some say order regular size, some say order size up, a few even say order down! So confusing!
I was really confused as well. It seems like everyone has a different opinion about it. I heard from a lot more reviews that they run big, so I just ordered a half size down. Crossing my fingers that its fits fine!!

I wear an 8-8.5 and ordered an 8. For the price its worth the hassle of sending them back if they don’t fit! I was looking at UGGs the other day at Nordstrom, but just couldn’t justify the price tag. Thanks for finding this!

Good price! I bought my 2 Bear Paws(different style though) few years ago on Amazon for around $30. I searched around and chose Bear Paw. They have very thick wool liners inside, so if you prefer to wear boots with bare foot, get your normal size. At first they might be little tight, but soon the liner turn down and you are ok. But if you prefer the boots with thick socks or thick tights on(like me), I recommend going to half to one size up. I’m very happy with my Bear Paw especially alot less than the price of expensive UGG.

That happened to me too. It looks like only certain sizes in each color are shipped by amazon. I didn’t get the discount or free shipping when I tried the size 10, but got both when I went with the size 9. Hopefully that helps!

I bought these last year, and for me they ran big. I wear an 8.5, and the size 8 boots slipped all over the place when I wore them. My feet are a teeny bit narrow and I have a high arch. I returned them. Maybe I’m just too used to shoes with arches that help hold your foot in place?? They seem to be made for slipper use, not actual walking in! Again, could just be me.
I love these boots! They are great quality and the lining is so soft. They make winters bearable. And everyone, just order your normal size.

Are the sizes listed as B (M) toddler sizes? I saw these listed at the top and others at the bottom: 10 B (M) and then later 10

These are women’s sizes. The item description is BEARPAW Women’s Emma 10″ Shearling Boot. I believe the B(M) just stands for Medium width, which I think is just the regular width. It’s not the narrow or the wide. I’m not sure what the plain numbers are with no letter at the bottom of the list though. Good question.

Don’t know if it matters if your on “Amazon Mom” or not but the price came up for me but by the time I went to order they were sold out of my size. I tried SEVERAL other styles and some applied the discount and some didn’t. I would pick the ones to look at that had “FREE with Super Saver Shipping” and over the $40 range. I have really needed more of an all weather/rain boot. I had to play around with it for a while to make it work. Even one’s on sale in my size (10) shipping from Amazon directly did not offer the discount. I ended up getting the 8″ Hickory size 10 for 35.00 with free shipping. I ended up having a 21.00 credit from a book I sold back a while ago – so it came to 13.98 for me w/free super saver shipping! Can’t beat that deal. Wish it would have worked in the chocolate color though! Good luck ladies!

I LOVE these boots. I had a fantastic pair that I just destroyed for 2 winters in a row. Not quite as comfy as the $200 Uggs I got as a present, but I know I had much more fun in these boots knowing they were more affordable to replace! And that was when I spent $80 on them….so I’ll be happy to spend this! If you’re on the fence about buying these, I highly recommend them!
FYI—I was trying to find the best deal and came across these— if u where a size 10 the Eva 12 inch nutmeg are ringing up at 29.22!! Hope this helps some of u:-)
