I did the Lumene with vitamin C deal yesterday, but the cashier would only accept one Reinventing Beauty coupon. The coupon says one per customer.

no lumene coupon in my SS ,Detroit free press

    • marie

none in mine either. ): Must only be in included in regional papers.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

A $2.00 Lumene in the 9/18 SS from FL St. Pete/Tampa area.

Makes me wonder if we had the $4.00 in my local Providence Journal because RI is the home of CVS.

All I have are the $2.00 coupons. Bummer because I love that Vitamin C day cream.

Adela: The free press used to have the best coupons around here, but in the last few months i have missed out on a lot of regional coupons. i have started getting the Oakland Press in addition to Detroit Free Press, it seems between the two papers I don’t miss any coupons.

The math for the Artic Touch deal is just a tad off. 75% off of $9.99 is $2.50. $9.99+(75% off price) $2.50+$9.99+(75% off price) $2.50= $24.98

    $24.98-$5/$20 Facial Care purchase coupon- 4 $4/1 Lumene Coupon= $3.98

$3.98/4= $0.995 (Which will automatically round to $1.00)

So $1.00 each. Not trying to be nit-picky, but I needed to do the math before I went out. 🙂

Seriously? You corrected Collin over a penny?

      • Kidsallgone

        LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Jennifer

Yes, seriously! I was paying cash and wanted to make sure I brought the exact amount. And I am sure that people would like to know the actual price instead of an error. Gosh, trying to be helpful! 🙁

  4. A-Z

Oh what I wouldn’t give to have a CVS :-/

  5. Zack

Also, doing these deals gets you halfway to the $5 ECB for spending $50 on beauty products from the CVS Beauty Club!

  6. heather

Oh, darn! I just ordered coupons off ebay for this deal and then realized that the cvs 5/20 coupon that printed is only good for 24 hours! Do they ever print again?

    • Julie

My CVS always takes expired CVS coupons up till 30 days after they expire. Every store is different. I have been to some that say they won’t take them at all if they are expired and some that will take any expired CVS coupons. It doesn’t hurt to ask what their policy is.

  7. Jill

Anyone get the $5 off $20 of Lumene products in addition to the $5 off $20 of skin care? Both of mine printed from the magic coupon machine together. Think they can be combined as long as I keep it over $25?

    • veronica

im wondering this same thing too, i also have a $5 off a full size lumene product that the coupon machine printed last week. i may try to do this deal tonight and see what they let me use and report back.

    • veronica

ok, so yes you can use the 5/20 skin care with the 5/20 lumene AND i also was able to use the $5 off full size lumene product AND the $2/1 from the fall savings. heres what i did:

Buy 3 Lumene Radiant Touch Cream Cleanser $11.49
      Buy 1 Lumene Deep-cleansing Peat Mask $10.49
(mask and 1 cream cleaner 75% off)
      Total = $28.47
Use the $5/$20 Facial Skin Care Purchase coupon, $5/$20 lumene, $5 off full size lumene, $2/1 lumene product from fall savings
Plus, use 4 $2/1 coupons found in the 9/18 SS(from chicago we didnt get $4 q)
      Final cost $0.87 each!

im sure i could’ve probably walked out with free products after q’s but i really needed face wash so .87 cents aint too shabby! ;P
