I was going to enter my hubbys info and it saved my and it let me order another item so doesnt seem like its limiting it per person.
Just “update” the address with his name and information. I did that, and the promo code went through and everything.
I can’t do it again. It won’t give me free shipping to the store.

Anyone who is getting the code & ship to store to work help the rest of us that can’t get it to work. If I put in the code then the option to ship to store goes away. If I don’t put in the code I can ship to store but no where to ship to store. HELP please!

I just called and the guy said that you can give the Promo Code to the cashier and it will work. Since the store is right on my way to the grocery store I will try that. But I am skeptical.
If it works can you let us know? I’m scared to try it.
I was told you could only use it in the store IF you had an actual coupon. I told her I only had the code number and she said that was for web use only then.
I called the store and the manager was a jerk. Says that he needs the paper coupon to use the promo code. But would I like to buy a $20.00 item instead? So, I asked him – if he had a $5.00 item and a $5.00 off coupon wouldn’t he use that. He said, Look, Ma’am, I’m just trying to help. Darn, I got their catalog that had the $5.00 off coupon in it and thought I wouldn’t need anything so I gave it to a friend. But the $5.00 folding saw with $5.00 off really looked like a good deal.
I called and talk to a store rep and what you have to do is call and place the order over the phone because for some reason it is not working now online to use the code and free shipping. While I was on the phone with store rep he had me place the order with the the promo code but not free shipping. After I received the conformation # he changed the order to ship to store for free shipping. I will check my order shortly to see if the order was processed correctly.
Now the site’s claiming “generic system error”-yeah, I guess they got wind of the freebies; but they should honor what they put out there!
Boo! I couldn’t get it shipped to the store after I put in the code. Called and the lady I spoke with was very nice and placed my order, however she then put me on hold, came back and said that item (the folding saw) would not allow for free shipping to the store and I had to pay. I said NO WAY and thank you! Bummer
I just tried and called the customer service number to place a order to have an item ship to store, and the guy told me he couldn’t place my order because his computer won’t take a order for $0…so I cancelled! oh well…thanks anyways =)
i chatted with a representative and she told me “The promotional coupons cannot be combined with any other promotional deals or offers, and retail store delivery is considered a promotional deal. ” i called to place my order and they told me the same thing..bummer i really wanted to get a freebie for my hubby..next time

I received an e-mail with a confirmation number. I ordered the handsaw and I didn’t have to give a credit card since the total was $0.00. It also didn’t ask for my phone # so I guess they notify you by e-mail. We will see if it doen’t get canceled.
I received a confirm email, but I called them to make sure and they have no record of my order. LOL What a joke!

The promotional code worked for me but the shipping cost ($5.99) & tax (.17) killed the deal. Not worth it.
My order with the ship to store option was cancelled. Found out when I went to pick it up…no email or anything telling me it was cancelled. Not a happy camper right now.
All our orders were cancelled, and we didn’t even get an e-mail. That is pretty bad customer service.

I never got an email saying it was shipped to store. I tried to track it and it keeps saying my sip code doesn’t match!! What a joke! I think I know my zip code!
I also contacted Northern’s customer service dept this morning. They said all orders were cancelled if you tried to use free shipping with the $5 promo code. I asked if I could get the item if I went to the store & they had it in stock. She said “yes”. We’ll try this anyway and see what happens….
