I went to the sears site to get the free sunglassed and it said the site was forbidden…
I went to my local Sears Optical and they accepted it without any question.
This is fake.
I used one already at Sears they did not even charge sales tax . The sticker price on my sunglasses was $99.99.Limited selection but wow what a great deal.

So, probably dumb question… I don’t need to wear glasses. I can I just get a free pair of sunglasses, or is this just for people who need glasses and buy the lenses from sears (pay for lenses and get frames free)? I don’t know. I’m just confused. Maybe I’m making this too difficult!

I am a fellow couponer and a Doctor at sears…this is real but they are like the pics posted. Revlon is being clearanced but frankly we just got them in for this promo. They are free!

I just called my local sears and they said they will accept it. I’m heading there after work so I hope I can get a pair!
I also just called them and she knew exactly what I was talking about and verified that it is indeed legit. She said that there is a selection of different sunglasses to choose from with a price limit of $99.99 . I even asked for her name and she happily provided it and said that anyone will be happy and able to assist me when I arrive. Awesome.

Two Sears near me. Only one is participating. Like all franchises, different people own them. So, I lucked out.
Hmm? Sears optical is corporate owned but doctors sublease the doctor services. Maybe they do not have the sunglasses to do the promotion. What location was that?

I called and my Sears had never heard of this coupon and said they had one where you had to make a purchase of a pair of glasses first. The women was very nice and said she’d look into it though. So I recommend calling before going in!

I just dealt with the rudest person alive…but nonetheless, I got my free glasses. I called earlier and whoever I spoke with on the phone said they accepted the coupon. After, checking the store hours online I headed up there at 5:40pm. Right when I walked through the door the lady was rude saying they were closed and she’ll assist me this one time only. Beware: the store hours online AND supposedly posted on the door are incorrect. The associate said they stopped taking orders at 5:30…and since she had to enter this in the computer it was considered an order. Good luck!
i think when you get something for free, you probably shouldn’t complain about ANYTHING.
I think your wrong. I am not willing to trade respect or something free. To those that don’t mind then go for it, but as for me it is definetly not worth it. I don’t live off handouts–I just thought this site would be a fun way to get freebies and samples. But if it is the norm to be treated poorly then this isn’t for me. I will gladly pay for my products instead.

I agree with Stephanie…if you get somethings FARR from WAGS, and were dealt with rudely, that doesn’t make it okay just because you got something for free. And btw, we are not going in making them give us things for free…its a promo and if they put it out there, they should expect people to take advantage of the deal. Thats why they do it…so that you will come back and maybe buy it again (which I usually do).
I got my free sunglasses the Q is Good the sales lady had the email. I told here about Hip2Save.
This deal is real. The manager who was nice told me that they have been offered this for a few days and I was the first one to come. You need to surrender your coupon and you will not have a receipt. No exchange. There were like 10 in my store. I think most of them are priced at 99.99 which is a little pricey. But now they are free… at last!
Got my sunglasses! The guy said they just got an email about it today & has had quite a bit of calls asking if it’s good lol There was about five choices & yup completely free!
Just got back from Sears what a great deal. No problems didn’t even have to pay tax. It sounded to good to be true just goes to show you never can tell. Thank You !

Got mine without any problems in Pleasanton, CA…in fact, superior service with a smile. Limited selection of glasses though I was given a new pair instead of the display. The lady mentioned there were a lot of people in yesterday. No mens selection though they can claim a pair for their special lady. Thanks for the great tips, Colin! I am always losing my sunglasses and this is a great pair that will come in handy.

Our Sears Optical said they only received 20 pairs for this promotion, they were gone within 2 hours, and they will not be receiving any more.
I called in and they told me that there were none left. 🙁
Does anyone know of any stores that are participating in CT? I went to the Milford Sears yesterday & the optician told me they don’t even carry Revlon & didn’t know anything about the promotion… :/
