I wonder if these make ya burp up fish all day. I hate that! No matter how ya take them. Before or after meals, some of these are bad. (after taste that is). Definatetly the best way to try them w/o getting stuck with a huge bottle of fresh fish. Of course usually the stuff good for you doesn’t taste like dove chocolate bars!!
