Magazines.com: Request a FREE $10 Check?!
Wow! If you are signed up to receive Magazines.com emails, then you may have gotten a very *HOT* email… an email that you may have trashed thinking it was junk. So search this email address service@email.magazines.com to see if any emails pop up. Make sure to look in your trash and spam. The subject line of the email is “$10 Shopping Pass – 3 Days Only”.
Basically the email will provide you with a unique code to score a $10 discount on your purchases! Even sweeter, in the fine print it states “Your promotional code has cash value”. This means that you can actually request a check in the mail! Just head on over here, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form with your mailing info and gift card number. A $10 check will be mailed to the address you provide within 4-6 weeks. How cool is that?! 🙂

I saw it earlier, but honestly with all the promotions going on (VS, Sephora, etc) I’ve been spending so much trying to grab EVERY great deal (and therefore meeting EVERY minimum 🙁 ), that I told my self I was done for a while (at least until payday 🙂 ) so I never even clicked on it! but now I did! and I have a free $10 on the way! I didn’t receive one. I still have not received my All You magazine I signed up for in October. It said it wont start till December 27th. Does that seem like a long time or is that normal?

FYI: OK, so since I was such a dummy in deleting that email (forever gone:(), I decided to call customer service @magazines.com and spoke to a nice gentleman that did a little digging…only to tell me he couldn’t help me with getting that email/code back. He did say that though that sometimes a “reminder email” will be sent out, so I may be able to get the code if they (their marketing dept) do that.
I had just deactivated my account from receiving their emails so looked at past emails. Received one dated 12/10/11 “Editor’s Picks + $10 gift card Inside”. Was able to use the code in this email & apply for a $10 check. Now I can’t figure out how to reactivate my account to receive emails. 🙂

Wow.. I have 2 different emails from them saying I have 2 $10 gift cards. One was sent on Sat and one was sent yesterday… The codes are different.. I wonder if I can cash them both in?!
