How good is the quality of these stockings? I’m asking because I ordered the monogrammed stocking for 7.99 from vistaprint (previously posted) and the quality is awful. They sowed it crooked and it hangs all wrong.. I love the look of these I just don’t want to waste more money.
I don’t like to hear that as I just ordered the stockings from Vistaprint 🙁 I order a lot of items from them for our businesses and have always been happy with the quality in the past. Did you contact them about the poor sewing job? If so what did they say?
No I haven’t called but I decided for 8 bucks I can just get my mom to fix the sowing. It feels really soft and looks good once its stuffed it was just that initial disappointment when it came in.
I’m sure it was probably just aligned wrong on the machine. Hopefully they aren’t all sowed wrong!

I ordered three of these, and one of them (the train one) charged six dollars for monogramming. I didn’t notice it until after checkout but I called customer service and they refunded the six dollars back to my Paypal account and were very nice and apologetic!

I just ordered the train and reindeer stockings. I was charged for the monnogramming on the train one. I called customer service like a reader suggested and she told me that the promotion was over and she couldn’t do anything about the monogramming charge. So, I just ordered online and paid the extra $6. She was very nice but seemed confused about why I was getting the free monogramming on the reindeer stocking because her supervisor told her that the promotion was over in November! Anyways, $27.98 is not bad for 2 mongrammed stockings!!
I have off topic preposition. While ago there was an Awesome Deal on WalMart Free Snowman Stockings( I got a few of them), however I placed my first my to see if it is going to work, since it was FREE. Well, than I saw that I picked the wrong store to pick up at, like two hours away from my home. So I reordered again at the store that is 5 min,away from me. My item is personalized “MIA” so whoever has a girl with this name and wants to pick it up, I can put an email notification that different person will pick up, that’s it, I thought i will do something little for someine, Merry Christmas! Oh yeah and the store is Tampa, Fl-Wal Mart. I can give more info if anyone interested.
These are great! I ordered them from last year. They are indeed well made and even came with a personal note from the person who embroidered the names. I must caution that they did take a couple of weeks to arrive though. So it will be tight to have them ready for this Christmas if you are ordering them now.
I called and a super nice rep in Customer Service used a coupon code to make it the same price as with free monogramming – yay! 🙂 Just thought I would share for those who may want to order.
I ordered the reindeer stocking this afternoon and didn’t realize until I was done that when I checked the box for monogramming it must not have stuck because there was no where on the entire order to add a name. I called customer service right away and he told me that my order would not download for another 2 hours and I would have to call back so I sent them an e-mail right away so I wouldn’t forget. I finally got a response at 8:30 tonight telling me that my order was already processing for shipping and that they are not able to add monogramming and if they were that it would be the $6 charge. Since I didn’t get the e-mail until after 10 I sent them one back telling them to cancel my order. I will call them in the morning if I have not heard back and hopefully be able to stop the order before it ships ugh! I got one of these last year for my son and was hoping to get one for the baby on the way but guess I will wait until next year.
I called the company store today to check on my ordered as I had requested it be cancelled last night and the rep told me it had already shipped out yesterday and the only thing that I can do is to refuse shipment now and then they can refund me. I guess I will have to stalk the delivery people because if I miss them dropping it off I will have to pay return shipping ugh!!!!!

Update: I received an email from customer service stating that my order has been cancelled due to sold out merchandise!! I was so excited about these stockings! It doesn’t make any sense because I was speaking to a customer service rep while I was placing my order online and she told me that they were in stock.

The lady on the phone wanted me to pay an additional $15 for shipping since it was so close to Christmas and since I was placing my order by phone there would be an extra $6 for the monogramming, even though I was ordering the cupcake stocking! I decided to try my luck online and surprise, surprise the stocking arrived this morning and it is perfect!!
