Just got the basket I ordered today. I’m very very pleased with the basket and look. I will try them again. I shipped one to my sister who just had major surgery and one to myself to give as a teacher gift. Very happy with the whole package. Haven’t eaten anything but the look and service was great. Anyone see a charge yet for their smiley baskets? I ordered 2 of them and both have been delivered. But I don’t see a charge yet on my credit card. I’m hoping they charge me for what the invoice states. I’ve heard from some people that they will actually take away the discount that you think you are paying and then have to pay for the items without the discounts. If that’s the case then I’d have to open a dispute with my credit card. Just weird that no charges have showed up yet for either basket and they have already been delivered. I know my credit card company will back me for the invoice amount…because that is what was agreed to when I placed the order. Come back and let me know if you were charged what your invoice states…thanks!

I received one basket on wednesday & 3 more were supposed to arrive on thursday. well they didn’t, so after 45 min on hold last nite they told me they weren’t shipping til today (fri 12-23). they told me i “should” have them for christmas and i said if they aren’t here saturday then cancel the order. guess i’ll keep my fingers crossed. when I asked where they were shipping from they said “we have no idea” so that’s comforting. *sigh*
Still no charges showing up on the smiley baskets…I had two that were delivered this past Tuesday… I only have one invoice showing the agreed price. I never got confirmation on the other one and you can’t get that detail from looking at your order online. Both baskets were delivered…still no charges on my credit card. Something is weird here.
My mom and I each ordered the All Smiles basket for gifts for 2 different people and neither of them came on the 21st as selected…. they still have not arrived.
Just a follow-up. I ordered a smile basket as an early birthday/thinking of you for my mom who lives in another state. It was also special because I asked for it to be delivered on my deceased sister’s birthday (figured mom may need an extra smile on that day). The basket was delivered via fedex ground. However they delivered to a neighbor (who is away in Florida). So my dad didn’t discover it until he went over to the neighbors to shovel their walk and found the box with my mom’s name on it. I contacted 1800baskets to get a tracking number so I could complain to fedex. However after a couple of emails back and forth with customer service to get the information I needed – I feel they are going above and beyond. They said they would resend the package to my mom (at no cost) so she could get it fresh and they are sending me a $20 gift card. So this gift ended up being a money maker for me.
