    If we cant use cell phones of any sort then we wont be able to use them while driving at all. In the end its a good thing too many people killing themselves or themselves

    I bought some necklaces from 1 sale a day about a month ago. After threatening to contact my credit card company for fraud they finally sent me my stuff. They are not good to work with. They only email and will not give out a phone number if you want to talk about your order. I will not order from them again. I saw another lady complain her item didnt work and they wouldnt give her a refund. they seem a little shady to me. hope you all have better luck

    I had a similar experience to Marnie. I ordered a Cheetah wall mount from this company. The box arrived open, and a level and HDMI cable were missing. They were ripped right out of the package. After a month of emailing back and forth with the company to try and return or exchange the mount for a complete unit they informed me that the HDMI cable was not included. Meanwhile they are selling 10′ HDMI cables on their site (exactly what was missing from my order)! Well it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that they stole the cables out of the Cheetah wall mount boxes. The product was advertised as coming with the cable. I too have contacted my credit card company, and are in the process of reporting them. No resolution yet. Be warned!!!

    I have ordered three items from yhis web-site. Each more expensive than the last…only to have my android reader completely crash on me in a continuious loop. No refund from this 1day1sale scam site. They send out cheap stuff poorly packed and NOTHING is backed by a warranty nor tech support. I.e., my reader does not qualify for tech support. Money down the drain. THIS SITE IS HIT OR MISS. BEWARE.

    I did several orders with this company recently. The two new routers we got did not work. One did not work at all and the other could not hold the signal. They actually replied to my email and said I could return them for an exchange if in stock or refund if not in stock anymore. I wrote back to ask if they were going to pay my shipping back since they don’t work and if they can tell me if they are in stock since we really don’t want them since they are clearly crap. No response though and it’s been a week. Some of the other products we tried and so far they all work (ereader and clock). Haven’t tried the camcorder, but it is new in the package so hopefully that will work for Christmas. Also got a different bluetooth headset for my husband for Christmas new in package so hopefully that works too. So it is hit or miss with them. I wouldn’t buy anything really expensive from them since it is not worth the shipping back cost if it doesn’t work, IMO.

    I got mine in the mail already… Looks to be in working condition. However, I didn’t get a receipt which I need to have in order to send for the rebate.

    @April, you should be able to log into your account and print the receipt. Unlike others, I have never had an issue with this site. I have always received what I ordered and it was in working condition. Some shipments took close to a month to get, so I was kinda worried about getting this one before the 30 days. I received it within a week of ordering! So far so good.

    Anyone know if ANY of these rebates have gone through? Just got mine in the mail and I’m now wondering what will happen. Also, isn’t there a way to return from this company (1SaleADay)?

      I can’t say on the rebates since I did not do that deal, but 1saleaday does not do refunds. You can send defective products back, after emailing back and forth with them, and get an exchange of another product. They will only refund if they do not have more of the product in stock. You have to pay the return shipping though too. We did send the defective routers back that we had, paid the shipping back, and they did refund us the same day it was received back (we had tracked it).

        Yeah, I saw they don’t do returns–which says a lot about a company. I don’t think I’ll use them again, even if Samsung comes through with the rebate.

    I have ordered a few things from them and have yet to have a problem. My blue tooth arrived today and seems to be working fine. Sending off rebate with fingers crossed.

    Just got an email saying it is invalid. I submitted it well with in the time, and it says that it wasn’t. It has a received date of 02/09/11 when I mailed it about a month ago. I don’t understand this, and there is no phone numbers to call and ask someone what is going on. Quite frankly, I think I am done with 1saleaday for allowing this to happen.

    I have seen that my rebate was received and is valid. The problem now is that it has been “in final processing” for a month. I tried calling the number that is listed on the rebate form itself but it seems to be all automated. No people to actually speak to!

      Same thing here. However I did check back and it said rebate will be send out within 30 days. Got my rebate in the mail today. Totally worth the wait 🙂
