Google Chrome stopped allowing requests to go to this website because they have been flooded with so many requests.
i think i got one. Filled in all the info then went to a screen with nothing else showing besides return to home screen. If this is correct scored one for me and mom. Thank you Collin!
This what kept happening to me…
I just customer service and they will have someone look at the problem.
I entered my name and email and then it tells me there is a problem with the service request.:(
finished all of the info, then got this:

now won’t let me enter in any info
I can load my name and submit my name and e-mail address and every time I get to my street address it crashes 🙁
You just keep starting over until you get to the thank you logo
Thanks! I had to re-enter my name and e-mail about ten times before it finally went to the next field, but I just got one. I guess persistence pays off 🙂

Filled in all the info. At the end all i saw was a blank box with an X in the corner. Guessing the picture wouldn’t load, but I hope I got one! 🙂

ok.. wow.. so i had to reload about 25 times.. sometimes getting all the way to my address before it crashed.. but finally.. mine is on its way:) almost gave up

Got Mine!!!…The trick is to refresh fast…enter info fast…and it will process. You have to be vigilant to get this one!!! Thanks Collin
I got mine. I just kept hitting refresh until I got all the way through. Sometimes I got just my name, or sometimes my name and email and then it would crash. I just hit refresh on my browser until I got all the way through. You’ll see a screen that says “Thank you, your lip shot and catalog will be sent soon.” when you’ve made it all the way through. Hey Sarah, I made it all the way through entering my address. After that it took me to a page that had some graphics missing so I dunno . Was the address the last thing that you filled out too?
Yes, address was the last thing, except you have to enter it twice. I think they intend for you to type in your street address first (123 Street, Apt 123), hit enter and then type in your city/state/zip and hit enter again. I made the mistake of entering all of it twice. After I hit enter that second time, I got the screen that said thank you, but that screen was a graphic, so you might get the broken image thing. Hope that helps!
Yeah, I got all the pages as you did, but just did not see the thank you graphics, so it looks like I’ll be getting one. Thanks for the help!
