    Aw I just tried to order sleepwear with the “perfume” offer code an they didn’t offer an eCard. They simply said sold out. Bummer 🙁

          After seeing this I emailed them last night. I just got an email stating I would only get a $20 credit but that is better than nothing. I was looking forward to the fragrance gift set. At least they will give you a credit of some sort.

    I received the email for the egift card and I am shocked. My order total was only $2.99 after using the rewards card,free shipping and perfume codes and now I have $39. Sooo great!!

    They are selling the gift sets with nine of these perfumes instead of six in the store for $25, so I hardly believe the $39 value. I wont complain because I got my perfume sets and not the $39 credit, and more rewards cards that I used in the store tonight. Obviously there is serious markup on their products to afford to give out so many credits.

    If anyone is not using their credit, i could really use it to buy 2 bras for 49.50! Would really like the strapless one for my wedding in Sep! My email is erica.worrell@maconstate.edu. If I dont get any help, ill be willing to give my 10 credit away tomorrow because stuff is just too expensive there. My 10 credit will just cover shipping and maybe 2 bucks towards the $49.50!

    Denise: I heard that customers were offered an ecard in place of the perfume, is that correct?
    Marie S.: No, that is incorrect, I am sorry once items sell out we do not replace them.
    Denise: Ok. Thank you. Though, I did see an email that my mom recieved from VS with the offer.

    i placed 2 orders on the same day 12/13/2011. both orders contained perfume free set and the cami, i got my perfume set last night from the first order but nothing else. i should be receiving the rest of my first order today according to usps.com

    the 2nd order had LOTS OF PROBLEMS and FINALLY they got it straight but the perfume and a cami that i ordered are now DISCONTINUED. i guess i shouldnt be upset about losing free items but i was really needing that cami, surely they had other colors but instead they took the cami and perfume off my order and are shipping the other 2 things i bought instead and i didnt get any kind of email saying anything about perfume being discontinued. i just seen the word discontinued on my shipping order 🙁

    Just called and spoke to a customer service rep. She said she never heard of the $39.00 ecard offer that once the perfume sold out, there was nothing they could do-that no one was getting anything like that. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told I didn’t qualify for the free perfume because I used all the other offer codes (that Hip2Save listed for that deal). ????? To make a long conversation short, they ended up giving me a $20.00 ecard. It isn’t the perfume or the $39.00 ecard, but I am still happy with their response. Keep trying!!

    I got no where with the telephone CS – was told they had never heard of the promo, yada yada. Well I emailed CS and in not so nice terms told them what I thought (my packing slip and order both showed the perfume but it was left out of my package). The first email I got back was a generic apology. I replied asking them what they were going to do about it – since it was CLEARLY their error – today I got an email saying they would be sending me a $39 e gift card. persistance does pay off.

    On 12/19 my husband got the e-mail with the apology about the perfume & that a $39 e- gift card would be sent. Last night he sent a “firm” e-mail back as he hasn’t received the e-gift card yet (I’ve been asking him morning & night – did you get it yet?). Hopefully it will arrive soon. They have some serious CS disconnect problems that need to be resolved!!
